Bathroom 1: Stunning bathroom with standing shower, double vanity, and large walk in closet.

Bathroom 2: Beautiful full bathroom with tile shower.

Backyard & Covered Patio:
This backyard has it all, custom putting green, large pool with water feature, and a shaded patio with plenty of lounge seating. Grill up dinner on the outdoor BBQ and sip cocktails by the fire.

We have installed a child safety latch and auto closing feature to the rear sliding door. Our home security system will also audibly inform you if the sliding door has been opened.

Location:
Located in the North Phoenix / Scottsdale area between state route 51 and the 101. Both are major thoroughfares for travel with access to the some of the best locations Arizona has to offer. We are centrally located to some of the best shopping, outdoor dining, music, museums, and local annual attractions. Stay with us and experience the Barrett Jackson auto auction, Waste Management Golf Tournament, or MLB spring training. We have water parks, hiking, tube river rafting, ATV desert riding and so much more. Being so close to everything in Scottsdale and Phoenix means UberEats is readily available. Turo car rental or ride sharing is also available.

Our home has plenty of space and is fully equipped for guest convenience. We recommend heating the pool if you plan on visiting between October and May. Evenings are cooler this time of year and can reduce water temperature.
