Villa Tranquila sits on extensively landscaped gardens overlooking the rolling green hills of Atenas and the Poas volcano.

The villa features 4 bedrooms (7 beds sleeping a max of 8) each with their own bathroom and tropical shower. Outdoors, enjoy the saltwater pool, large rancho with firepit, dining table, 65-inch TV, refrigerator and BBQ. It's the perfect spot for dining and game night. The villa also features an office with A/C (note: this is the only room with AC) and fiber internet/Wifi.

Situated in the central valley of Costa Rica, the villa is surrounded by the peaceful sights and sounds of nature including tropical birds. Built in 2023, the villa was professionally designed, built and decorated with families in mind.

The expansive, covered patio, including ceiling fans and comfortable outdoor furniture, is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee.

The interior of the villa includes four ensuite bedrooms, three with private, tropical showers and one with an indoor shower and tub. All beds and most of the furniture was locally-made in Costa Rica. There is a back garden where early in the morning you can often spot a pair of toucans chirping away in the neighbor’s trees.

The large living area offers a comfortable sofa and a large flat screen TV, along with a pool table and bar area including board and card games. There is also a separate air-conditioned office with a desk and sofa, and a fibre internet connection, along with a WiFi printer.

The kitchen offers everything a chef would need to prepare meals including a Vitamix blender, french press and drip coffee makers, a rice cooker, toaster, and all the kitchen knives, tools, flatware, glassware and accessories to make your meals memorable. An oversized sink and dishwasher make cleanup a breeze. A filtered water tap at the sink offers unlimited drinking water. We also have a new Graco Pack-n-Play 'Simple Solutions' with an integrated Infant Bassinet & Changer. Additionally, we have a Toyota RAV4 available to rent should you need a car during your stay.
Pricing: $60/day/$375 wk/$1500/month with a $500 refundable deposit and signed contract.
