This was a great house to rent in a quiet area of Sedona Many attractions and hiking trains near the property . We had a great Sedona experience!

We had a great time and this home fit every need for our large group including open space and layout, comfortable beds and a rooftop hangout that the thumbnail pictures just don't do justice. The surrounding neighborhood is extremely quiet and dark once the sun goes down and gives way to the countless stars, what a treat.

The host made corporate experience seem personal. They were professional, pleasant, clear in expectations. The property is clean, convenient and adequately stocked with essentials. The roof hot tub was a great feature. My group of loved staying here.

The home was spacious, comfortable and very clean in a safe, quiet neighborhood, centrally located to everything. The bed was very comfortable. The only thing I would do to make this vacation home better is to stock the kitchen with Keurig coffee pods, teas, sugar and creamer. Overall, an enjoyable stay!

What an amazing experience. Host was fantastic, with great communication and follow through. The house itself had all the amenities needed, with the perfect space and environment. Pictures do not do this place justice. The hot tub on the roof was such a great touch and really awesome to soak after a long day, to take in the sunset or star gaze or to watch the sunrise in the morning. Also its close to so many trails and close to main road for food and fun.Will defintely book this house again!

We loved this rental! Very spacious and beautiful. There was just 4 of us but there was plenty of room and would be great for a big group they had everything you needed. We loved the rooftop hot tub and outdoor space. It was perfect for watching the amazing sunrise on the Sedona red rocks. The house was in a perfect location close to town and a very quiet neighborhood. Check in and check out was an easy process. Would highly recommended!

The home itself is beautiful, and the backyard was especially nice. Overall, the property was a great space for our group, which is why it’s unfortunate that our experience with management significantly impacted our stay.One of our biggest frustrations was the pet fee. Both the property listing and rental agreement stated a flat 200 pet fee for up to two pets, which we were aware of and completely fine with paying. However, management attempted to charge us 200 per pet (400 total) instead. Having to go back and forth over a fee that was clearly stated in both the listing and rental agreement was frustrating and contributed to an overall feeling of being nickel-and-dimed throughout the stay.We also paid extra for an extended checkout. Despite having arranged and paid for the later checkout time, we were locked out of the property before that time. It was then very difficult to get anyone on the phone to let us back in, which made the situation even more frustrating.Overall, we really liked the property itself and would have rated it much higher based on the home alone. While I would recommend the home itself, I personally would not rent another property managed by this management group based on our experience.

The house is very nice and in a great location. It matched perfectly with the advertised pictures. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and the grandkids really liked the hot tub. This was a perfect location for accessing our desired activities, with hiking trails nearby; one for Sugar Loaf Mountain only a couple of blocks walk from the house. A couple of problems did arise: There is not functional ice maker with the refrigerator and the dryer was not working upon arrival. The property managers sent someone to assess the broken dryer but the part required to fix the dryer was unavailable during our stay. We were, however, able to get by using the Sedona sun and breeze to dry our clothes. The property managers also authorized a partial refund for our inconvenience. Overall, we had a wonderful family vacation and appreciated all the positive aspects of this house.
