Welcome to the most walkable property in the heart of Uptown Sedona! This is a location and view that cannot be beat when immersing in Sedona's beauty. What I love about this particular home is the short walk to Uptown shops, restaurants, and hiking. Many of Sedona's most famous rock can be clearly seen right off the front deck including Soldiers Pass, Bell Rock, Snoopy Rock, Twin Buttes, and Airport Mesa to name a few.

This homes interior has been locally designed with quality furnishings to bring some of the Sedona feel into the home and the exterior boasts some of the BEST Red Rock Views that Sedona has to offer. You will have this entire property to yourself.

The home itself has comfortable beds with high quality linens and bedding as well as cable TV in all the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a home cooked meal along with a breakfast nook for a quick bite before your morning hike. There is also a small deck of the kitchen to pop out on for a morning coffee. The main living area features vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, big screen TV, and easy access to the large front deck through the panoramic sliding doors. The master bedroom features an oversized luxurious en-suite, king bed, big screen TV, and balcony.

Walk out onto the huge front deck and enjoy seemingly endless red rock views in all directions or gaze down the valley below and see quaint uptown Sedona from your peaceful, quiet hillside deck, above all the action. There are also two additional decks, a hot tub, and horseshoe pit in the backyard. The home is equipped with smart TVs, cable, comfy beds, new furniture and a well-appointed kitchen.

This home is fully registered through the City of Sedona, and we take pride in our guests having a top notch experience every stay!

This is a Dog friendly home! Please note we kindly ask dogs be kept off beds and furniture while enjoying the house.

What a great place! Very beautiful! Water pressure was low and didn’t have soaps/extra frills like other vrbo’s we’ve stayed in but the place was really great. I have no idea why Vrbo asked about the winery in this place, but it’s a great place for adults! The “4th bedroom” is an office space with a day bed that is connected to the master bedroom. It’s a bit awkward if a family member would be sleeping in that room since it connects to the big master bedroom and one would have to cross the master bedroom in order to use the rest room. Also there isn’t exactly a door that separates or go downstairs to the main floor. Really great neighborhood! Nice and quiet, but also not far from the action.

This was a great location for us. Three sisters gathering to be together after a family loss. We needed a big breath of fresh air and that is what we got on your deck
even in November. We walked into town to eat and shop which was wonderful.The one draw back was your steep driveway. We parked our car on the flat pad area as offered. Even just walking up and down the driveway with luggage was a challenge. But the effort was worth the view!(Note: this is not an easy access house, our 68 yr old sister walked down the driveway backwards while holding on to the fenced edge

That View!! The view was so beautiful! We also enjoyed the walk-ability of the rental location to uptown restaurants and shops. Plus, there was easy driving to other popular activities like the Devil’s Bridge and UTV rentals. The home was not only lovely but extremely clean.

The property was beautiful, clean and very spacious. We did have a lil problem with red ants in the kitchen but once we communicated and sprayed insect spray we didn’t have any more problems. Property owner was responsive when I messaged about the problem. I would definitely stay at this location again in the future. Gorgeous view and prime location to downtown Sedona area.

Great location!

The property is perfect for exploring Sedona! Clean, a great location and stocked with everything you need. The views are amazing and we loved sitting on the deck after a long day of hiking and exploring. We will absolutely stay here again if we return to Sedona!

Incredible Views and Uptown Location

We had an amazing stay at this Sedona home! The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of uptown and walkable to everything. The house itself was very cool, full of character, and perfectly appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Whether you're just relaxing or planning to cook a full meal, the kitchen had everything covered. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful option near downtown Sedona!

My family and I really enjoyed our time at this property. The home was light and bright, stylishly decorated, and very close to a lot of fun shops and restaurants. It is walkable to those places, but please note that the driveway is a bit steep, in case there are seniors in your group. We were able to enjoy the hot tub and the grill, and every room was extremely clean. When I communicated with the host, she was very quick to respond, and very kind. When we return to Sedona, I anticipate staying here again. Highly recommend.

My friend and i stayed here for a few days to unwind and chillax. The place didn't disappoint, the walk downtown was maybe 5 minutes or less and we enjoyed the views!

Our group of four stayed very comfortably at this house within short walking distance of Uptown. The views were spectacular. The living space was very comfortable for hanging out. It was perfect for us!

Loved this property- the views are amazing. Beds were comfortable- kitchen was perfect for what we needed. Curiously, there is no soap in any bathroom, so make sure to come prepared with that. Hot tub is a nice addition too- perfect location and beautiful property, loved the decor. Would absolutely stay here again.

We are perfectly located just a few minutes walk from the uptown strip while still comfortably tucked away from the crowds, truly the best of both worlds. The property has been completely remodeled with new furniture, appliances, and fixtures. This home has everything you need to enjoy a group or family trip in Sedona from comfortable beds to a fully stocked kitchen, to multiple decks offering views you wont be able to take your eyes from.

The best thing about this home is going to be the over 180° degree views off either of the front decks followed by the unbelievable location that provides just a few minutes walk to all the uptown action all while being tucked away on the hillside. We set the home up with comfy beds, all the kitchen supplies you could want, TVs in all the bedrooms, and great outdoor space to relax and take it all in with your family and friends.
