Instead of charging a separate security deposit like many hosts do, our rental rates already include a damage waiver fee that covers up to $3,000 for damage to real or personal property of our vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions.

Security cameras on property:
There are two outdoor cameras overlooking the side parking lot for security purposes only. These are exterior-only and do not record any indoor areas. Some neighbors also have Ring doorbell cameras on their own properties.
