BATHROOM ONE:
- Bathroom on first floor with beautiful new tile
- Full walk-in shower
- Double sink vanity
- Towel hooks
- Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided
- Hair dryer provided

LAUNDRY ROOM:
Brand new top-loading washer and front-loading dryer. Laundry pods provided.

PARKING:
You'll have access to private parking that can accommodate 4 cars, or a boat/trailer and 2 cars (depending on the size of the boat trailer).
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire home, lower shed, yard, and pier (seasonally).
