Perfectly positioned at the edge of the dunes in one of Pensacola Beach’s most exclusive gated communities, this four-bedroom, four-bath townhome offers the privacy of a single-family home and the sophistication of a luxury resort.

Step inside and discover an open, sunlit living space designed to frame the breathtaking Gulf views. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the home with natural light, while soft coastal tones and elegant furnishings create a serene and inviting atmosphere. The house was very clean, and the water pressure was great. The pool was cleaned daily and right next to the garage, which had a refrigerator, very convenient for Beach and pool drinks. We enjoyed the beach each morning and glad to say it was not crowded at all. Everyone we encountered was friendly, and the garage had several toys and chairs to use on the beach. I would stay here again, if I return to Pensecola.

Everything was great. The only complaint we had was that the pool was not heated, so it was freezing since it was only in the low 70s. But the place itself was spacious, clean and well furnished. It was perfect for us - we had 5 adults and 2 children.

The house was very clean and decorated beautifully. The bedroom layout was perfect for our group. No adults had to sleep in bunk beds. The only complaint I would have is the elevator was only available for medical purposes. We thought we could easily get our luggage to the top floor and found out tha was not the case.

We brought my wife's family for the first time and stayed in a house on the beach for the first time and it was incredible. During busy July, we practically had the beach to ourselves. The facilities around the house were great. It was easy to get in and out of. The house itself was wonderful, very clean and very nice, great kitchen for cooking and lots of space for our whole family. We will definitely be renting this place again!!!
