Garcia Street Adobe - Marchez jusqu'à Canyon Road et The Plaza

Toutes les caractéristiques architecturales de cette maison de trois chambres (tous les maîtres) de 3 500 pieds carrés en font une propriété classique d'Adobe Santa Fe. Cet adobe gracieux est à quelques pas du meilleur café de la ville "Downtown Subscription" et à quelques pâtés de maisons de Canyon Road et de la Plaza. De nouveaux détails mexicains uniques se retrouvent dans toute la maison, tels que des sols en briques et en planches larges, des plafonds en bois et viga, des portes faites à la main et trois cheminées kiva. Les hauts plafonds contribuent à la sensation d'espace de la maison. Il y a une grande intimité et une grande séparation pour chaque grande chambre. Chaque suite a sa propre salle de bain ainsi que des commandes de chauffage et de climatisation. Il y a aussi un bureau, WiFi et TV dans chaque chambre. La maison comprend un lit king-size californien et deux lits king-size. VEUILLEZ NOTER: L'un des rois peut également être composé de jumeaux si vous préférez. S'il vous plaît. Faites le nous savoir. De plus, il y a un lit queen-size confortable pour une personne supplémentaire. Le grand salon peut accueillir dix personnes confortablement et a encore de la place pour le piano. Le décor a été organisé pendant de nombreuses années et représente les cultures uniques de Santa Fe et du Nouveau-Mexique ainsi que des artistes locaux. La salle à manger et la cuisine ont tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un simple repas ou un festin gastronomique. Cuisine complète avec appareils haut de gamme. Hors de la salle à manger est votre terrasse de jardin privée avec espace barbecue pour les repas en plein air. Il y a de grands arbres d'ombrage, un parapluie et une fontaine pour compléter la scène. 

Une grande porte de coyote à l'allée facilite l'accès à distance dans la sensation composée de la maison qui est entourée de murs en pisé. Très privé avec beaucoup de stationnement au coeur du quartier historique.

Les propriétaires offrent un service téléphonique interurbain gratuit et illimité ainsi que de nombreuses chaînes câblées premium, notamment HBO, Showtime et ESPN avec enregistreurs DVR et Netflix. Un lecteur CD avec de la musique ou un flux avec Sonos. Internet haut débit et WiFi s'étendent dans toute la maison. Climatisation centrale.

Comfort, Style and Location all top notch

Perfect place for three adult couples where we all had our private space with 3 master suites with in suite bathrooms. Well equipped and comfortable oozing Santa Fe style. Pleasant walk to Canyon Road and Historical area. Highly recommended.

615 Garcia Street Review for Two Casitas

This property is perfect on so many levels. Close to activities, but far enough away to be extremely peaceful. Fully appointed and easy to access. We used all three bedrooms and it was exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend this property.

Mom's Weekend Away

This is absolutely one of the BEST vacation rentals we have ever stayed at! Not a fleck of dust anywhere! The furnishings were luxurious, the beds were beyond comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with anything you could possibly need. This made for a flawless vacation. Beautiful Santa Fe home with spacious rooms and floor plan to give "space" to everyone. Amenities perfect for 6 adults and one 2 yr old. Cooked all meals in great kitchen. Hope to return.

Beautiful historic Adobe Home

The house is stunningly decorated and at the same time warm and inviting. Every room was immaculately clean. Welcome wine and snacks were so festive. The kitchen was fully stocked with cleaning supplies, coffee, filters, etc. Great neighborhood.

The house that has it all

This house has been on my radar for about 10 years. My friends always had it booked for the entire month of August forever (they finally built a house in SF) the house has it all: charming decor, plenty of room, off street parking television that lets you actually see live local news, equipped kitchen, SUPER soft king beds and location location location! All boxes checked. Clean to the point of fastidious. The management was very accessible without intruding. Worth every penny

Fabulous

This home is everything it appears to be. Absolutely beautiful interior, spotlessly clean, high-end kitchen appliances, perfect location just a block from a cute bookstore and coffee shop, a short walk from art galleries, quick drive to city center. Bedding is high-end, very comfy. Old houses are often drafty or worn out — this was warm throughout and in beautiful condition. The furnishings are gorgeous. The property manager is very responsive. We had no problems of any kind and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Please note that guests 7/8 will be sleeping on a sleeper sofa in living room as this is not 100% clear on listing.

Absolute best VRBO I’ve experienced

First of all, this home is gorgeous and decorated like I wish my home was! Super cozy, well laid out, kitchen had everything we needed. Could not be cleaner- it was spotless. Great secure parking for our car. Everything was well labeled and easy to find inside the house. Absolutely loved staying there. We will be back!

615 Garcia St.

615 Garcia St. is a beautiful property, conveniently located to attractions. It is an authentic adobe, lovingly restored and cared for. It is very comfortable and well-equipped. We only used the main master bedroom. Even though it faces Garcia Street, it was quiet at night and it was great to be able to watch the birds at the fountain in the morning from the bedroom windows. The living room is spacious and comfortable and the fireplace has a great draw. The back patio is lovely with table and chairs for dining and a fire pit for the evenings. We really enjoyed our stay in this stately home.

This home was SO wonderful!!!! Was so well appointed it was hard to believe we were in a rental. And the aesthetic of the owners matched mine to a T...Something that almost never happens! The home was charming beyond words, athentic, super comfortable and in a great neighborhood close to everything. We would love to make a repeat visit and hope to do so someday! :)
