Ceci est la vraie affaire, une maison de plage élégante et confortable des années 1960.

À seulement 400 mètres de la plage n ° 2 et à 600 mètres de la rue commerçante de Venus Bay, Sand Dunes est une maison de plage isolée et sophistiquée de 3 chambres à coucher, datant du milieu du siècle.

Sand Dunes est la maison de plage idéale pour se détendre et s'évader de la folie urbaine. Complet avec un beau poêle à bois et 2x split ac / heat, la maison convient aux familles ou aux couples qui aiment la plage, la nature et s’évader.

Avec de grands ponts à l'avant et à l'arrière, la maison offre des brises de mer et des endroits ensoleillés pour une vie confortable à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur.

Sand Dunes and Salty Air est une maison de plage sophistiquée datant du milieu du siècle. La plage est très proche, à seulement 400 mètres au bout de la rue. Les magasins de Venus Bay sont également très proches, à seulement 600 mètres.

La maison a trois chambres à coucher:

Nous avons adoré remplir la maison de meubles contemporains et modernes, en veillant à ce que votre séjour soit détendu et confortable.

Wonderful stay

We all very much enjoyed staying at this property in Venus Bay. The location was great, close to beach no. 2. The house was private and we loved spending time in the backyard relaxing.

Perfect short break

Our family of five (2 adults, 3 kids) had a brilliant stay at Venus Bay. The house is conveniently located close to the shops and No.2 beach. Would definitely recommend to others looking for an easy family getaway.

Lovely place to stay, but bring your walking legs. The fire made the home very cosy, as we stayed during winter. Our furry friend had a wonderful time in the big garden. Everything you could need is here.

We loved our stay

We had a great time at Sand Dunes and Salty Air. Georgie was so friendly and check in was easy. This place has everything that you need for your holiday also very close to the beach and the local town. And if you have a furry friend, I strongly recommend this place.

Cute mid century beach shack

Everything was very comfortable and Georgie put in a great effort at making our stay as pleasant as possible. The cottage is close to a beautiful beach and there is plenty of wildlife around.

Great family stay

My family had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Our wolf- hound x had a fabulous week too. Really loved the garden and outdoor shower. Heaven after a cold swim. Great walks and beaches close to the property but watch out for the puffer fish!

Beautiful beach holiday in Venus Bay

Really great little beach house in Venus Bay, with everything we needed for a family beach holiday. The extra touches made our stay extra special - the bottle of Prosecco, chocolate and treats on arrival, great house supplies, and the house was very clean and well setup. Thank you, we will be back!

Great little holiday house, everything you need for a summer break. The outdoor area was great for the kids to rub around the the lounges and outdoor shower made for plenty of relaxation. Thanks for having us!

Australia Day escape: salty air, wagging tails, and pippis with rosé We spent the long weekend at this retro‑chic 60s beach house in Venus Bay and it was spot-on for a laid‑back family getaway fur baby included. The house blends style and comfort with thoughtful touches throughout: cozy bunk rooms for the kids, a sleek modern bathroom, and a sun‑drenched deck perfect for morning coffee or evening BBQs.The outdoor shower surrounded by native plants was a standout, and the backyard setup gave our fur baby plenty of space to explore. We cooked up fresh local pippis with a chilled rosé under the trees pure coastal bliss.The host was responsive, the welcome guide was clear, and the whole experience felt easy and relaxed. Highly recommend for couples, families, and anyone chasing a dog‑friendly beach break with charm and character.

This is the second time we've stayed at this property. The house is very comfortable and clean, and the location is fantastic. Communication with Georgia was very easy. It was great that we could also take the dog with us. Id recommend this let, and we'll certainly be going back again.

Great Stay

House was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The back deck is amazing, we spent hours outside just enjoying the serenity. No. 2 Beach is a short walk away, and the local shops are also within easy walking distance - about 10-15 mins depending on your speed. The outdoor shower was amazing - perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Although there are several other properties along the street, the area was very quiet and the yard was private. Overall a great stay!

Lovely, even in winter

Stayed with 12 y/I kids and doggo. It's the holiday house that has everything you would ever need and where everything works! Walk to beach everyday and the local fish and chips are good. Heated outside shower was the best to wash doggo and sandy kids. Wood fire with a wine at night was the best. Highly recommend for family getaway. Would love to come in summer.

Rustic Beach shack

Had a relaxing stay. The place needs a bit of TLC. Most windows can't be opened and the French doors don't have a bolt to keep them open. Overall it was good

I am a married mum of two, university lecturer and part time renovator.Sand Dunes and Salty Air was an unloved broken down shell when Paul and I bought her last year. We are still working to improve the house however we are really happy with how far she has come.
