The dining area can accommodate four guests, with additional seating available at the breakfast bar. The charming kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, newly installed hardwood flooring, and cabinetry, and is fully equipped with all necessary cookware, dishes, and utensils, allowing for the preparation of delightful meals during their stay.
The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, ample space, a flat-screen television, and a modern bathroom featuring new countertops, new cabinetry, and updated flooring. The second bedroom is also furnished with a custom bunk bed and provides access to the main hallway bathroom, which has been similarly updated with new countertops, new cabinetry, and flooring. It is essential to mention that air conditioning is not provided.
Building 20 is situated at the upper end of the 15 to 20 cul-de-sac on the property, within a brief walking distance to the Clubhouse and just a few steps from the complimentary town shuttle stopThe Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
