This is a beautifully renovated and decorated, spacious feeling, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with an office alcove, and a laundry room. It has cable, WIFI and a 65 inch Smart TV. It has a screened in front lanai and a glassed and screened "interior" lanai (made to be an extension of the interior space glassed in with air conditioning or open with screens) with beautiful views overlooking a scenic lake on Foxfire's championship 27-hole golf course.

There are many different styles of condos at Foxfire. This one is a top floor veranda which I chose because it has cathedral ceilings and some of the best views in the community. The cathedral ceilings in the living room, dining room, and kitchen add a lot to the feeling of openness you get when you walk through the door.

The unit was 100% renovated including new cathedral ceilings, a 24 inch stone diagonal floor throughout, a new kitchen, laundry room, master bedroom master bath with marble walls (floor to ceiling), marble shower and floors and countertops, totally tiled second bathroom (floor to ceiling), etc. It's all newly painted and has many custom features including crown moldings, new appliances, etc

It has all of the things you need to make your stay enjoyable. Pots and pans, silverware, glasses, towels, Kurig, etc. There are also beach towels, beach chairs, and coolers .

The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, an in-suite bathroom, two large walk in closets, and a door onto the glassed in and screened in lanai overlooking a lake, trees, and the golf course.

There is parking in the driveway parking pad and across the street but not in the garage which can be used for storage.

There is another lanai in the front of the unit and an office alcove in the second bedroom with two built in granite desks, router and modem and a laptop computer, etc

Foxfire has recently upgraded many amenities. There is a new cart barn and above it is a new state of the art fitness center with classes and instructors.

There is a very active social Calendar at the club house including music, dances and parties and new indoor and outdoor dining and firepits, etc. There are also bocci and golf leagues and many other activities. So it's an active fun place to spend time.

Unique Benefits

This condo is in Foxfire which is a safe gated community. There is a social membership fee that gives you all club privilege's except golf. If you pay the golf transfer fee it includes the social membership also.

Foxfire's golf includes 27 outstanding championship quality holes. The course was recently renovated and is in great condition. The renovations included renovations to the driving range and the short game practice areas.

Foxfire has a main swimming pool, bocce courts, and tennis courts. This condo also has their own tennis court and a community pool.

Foxfire recently completed a major renovation project that included a new cart barn, a state of the art exercise facility looking out over the opening fairway on the Red course and the main putting green.

Foxfire also added a new halfway house between the bocce courts, the tennis courts, and the golf course. They also totally renovated the grill room to add inside/outside dining, entertainment, fire pits, etc.

Area Information
Foxfire is in a great location. Its about 3 miles from fantastic beeches and the historic olde downtown area with many shops and restaurants.

TO BE CLEAR THE COMMUNITY REQUIRES ALL TENANTS TO PAY EITHER $600 TO TRANSFER SOCIAL PRIVILAGES OR $850 TO TRANSFER GOLF AND SOCIAL PRIVILAGES. YOU MUST PAY ONE OR THE OTHER BUT NOT BOTH. WE TRIED TO IDENTIFY THEM IN THE VRBO FEE SECTION BUT IT IS NOT WELL SUITED FOR THIS.
