Guests have access to their own private patio and entry. Parking is on a quiet, residential street. Candler Park Marta is 3/4 mile away.
Other things to note
It is an older home and not sound-proof. We have a sitting/living room above the apartment's bedroom, an office above the apartment's living room and our kitchen is above the apartment kitchen/bath (so no overlapping bedrooms). We have a border collie and kids.
