The main level features two guest bedrooms, a shared full bath, and a master suite with its own private bath. Downstairs, unwind in the family room, perfect for movie nights or après-ski relaxation, complete with a third bath and in-unit laundry for your convenience.
Enjoy modern comforts including hardwood flooring, extra off-street parking. With private beach access, scenic walking trails to Zephyr Cove Beach, and countless outdoor activities nearby, this Tahoe gem is the ultimate four-season getaway.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, the spacious kitchen, family room, laundry area, and large outdoor deck.
You’ll also have access to the private Skyland beach, nearby walking trails, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes or at the lake.
Parking is available off-street spaces.

Other Things to Note:
Late checkout will be charged at least an additional night's stay.
**Please note all stays over 30 days require a monthly cleaning, paid by the guest at our current standard cleaning rate. Guest will be contacted in order to make payment and coordinate scheduling at at time when the property is vacant so that our cleaning staff can have the best use of their time and prepare the property for the guest's return.
