Confortable maison de style Tahoe dans Elk Point Country Club fermĂ©. En face du magnifique lac Tahoe. Cette maison dispose de 4 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bains, une salle de loisirs avec table de ping-pong et 32 TV, DVD et VHS. Le niveau d'entrĂ©e comprend le salon, la cuisine, la salle Ă  manger, une 1/2 salle de bain et la chambre principale avec un lit King et une salle de bain complĂšte. A l'Ă©tage, il y avait une chambre 2 avec une reine et une salle de bain complĂšte, une chambre 3 avec une reine, une chambre 4 avec deux lits doubles et une salle de bain complĂšte. DĂ©tendez-vous dans la cour arriĂšre, le bain Ă  remous pour 6 Ă  8 personnes et le barbecue, parfait toute l'annĂ©e pour votre plaisir. A 2-3 minutes Ă  pied de la plage privĂ©e, oĂč vous pourrez voir les feux d'artifice du 4 juillet et du Nouvel An.

Vous vous sentirez trÚs à l'aise et à l'aise dans cette incroyable location de vacances. Cette communauté fermée est trÚs proche de la ville et de la station de ski Heavenly.


Cette maison est Ă  Zephyr Cove Nevada Ă  seulement 5 minutes des casinos, Ă  7 minutes de la station de ski de Heavenly Valley et Ă  30 secondes du lac.

Great family rental

Our family enjoyed our 3 day stay at this property. Beautiful view and close to beach access. Good house for mixed age groups. Only thing to note is that there is limited parking and many steps up to the house. Property manager was very responsive and accommodating.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, we were mesmerized by the view. The cabin like feel immediately made it feel like home. The wifi and the a/c were not working due to the storm last week, but because the weather was so nice, it wasn't even needed. We enjoyed our stay with family and friends. Definitely will be back!

Beautiful views from both decks, lots of room for a family of ten, loved the hot tub. Has an Old Tahoe feeling and updated kitchen and baths. No soap in the showers and no tissues in bathrooms, plus some dust and cobwebs around a window or two. Broken shade in dining area. Nice easy walk to the beach.

Great stay

Went with my family and we thought the location was great and the private beach was beautiful! Would recommend the cabin just wish the water when taking a shower would come out warmer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is absolutely amazing, the private beach in the community is so close and it was so nice not to have to deal with crowds. Groceries are close by, Stateline is just a few minutes away. The furniture in the living room is a little grungy and old. The kitchen is nice but not stocked well with bowls and pans, etc. We had a great stay ,but it would have been amazing if just a few things were improved (the floor of the front porch is filthy)

Just perfect!

We absolutely loved the space. Drinking out coffee on the porch looking at the lake felt like a scene out of a movie. And on our last day it snowed and was just so perfectly picturesque. Plenty of space for 8 adults and good common space for board games!

Not World Class. I did a previous review detailing our stay. There was a mouse in the kitchen. Windows dirty and full of spiderwebs. Broken ice maker. Outdated worn furniture and beds. Home was clean and had a nice view of lake. Wouldn’t give us parking access to the beach and the steps and walkway to the beach were damaged and closed off. Disappointed in the property for the price we paid.

Fantastic

We had a great time with our group of 6 adults. Location is fantastic with access to private community beach. Lake views. Home is large and sleeps 8 people comfortably. Lake views from balcony. Would definitely come again.

Girls getaway to Tahoe

We had the best time being together for a girl weekend in this house! There was plenty of room for everyone and great access to the beach. The hot tub does not get very hot, it was warm but it was still enjoyable to sit and relax in for a bit. Bess are very comfortable!

Great stay!

We spent Thanksgiving weekend at this wonderful house in Zephyr Cove. Pros: - Great amenities (ping pong table, speaker system, smart thermometer) - Right in front of the lake - 3 minutes drive from Safeway Cons: - Hot tub water did not go super hot. - Common area could be a bit cleaner and vacuumed more throughly.

Great Location

This neighborhood is a fantastic location: Short walk to the private beach, which was beautiful; easy drive to Stateline; grocery store and restaurants nearby. We had nine guests - room for all. We all enjoyed the balconies with views of the lake. Kitchen was equipped and clean. We would definitely go back in the future.

Return to Elk Point

Comfortable home in a fantastic location. Walk to private beach or state park. Great Lake Tahoe views from decks. Newly renovated bathrooms. Spacious primary bedroom. Backyard with hot tub works well for cookouts. Some broken blinds and dirty windows were a bit surprising considering price point for this home.

Very enjoyable!

We loved the location. The beach was so nice with very few other people there. Parking was a little tricky because the driveway is short. We put one car in the garage and the other in the driveway. The upstairs got warm at night and some of the fans weren’t working.

Beautiful view of the lake

Beautiful view of the lake. The beach was within walking distance of the cabin. The dining and leaving areas had plenty of space for our group of 7 adults. The kitchen had everything we needed and we felt very relax. Cleanliness was very marginal. Parking can be challenging when you have large vehicle. We enjoyed our stay

Perfect Tahoe Escape

This is a very nice property with access to private beach. The house was spacious and large accommodating a party of 10 easily. Rooms and bathrooms were clean but only stocked with hand soap. Minor inconvenience but grocery store less than a mile away for shampoo, body wash and supplies. Kids love swimming at the beach and kayaking in the morning. Zephyr Cove nearby for your fishing charter. Highly recommended.
