Bienvenue dans notre nouvelle unitĂ© de location au magnifique Grand Atlantic Ocean Resort Ă  seulement 10 minutes de l'aĂ©roport et pour un week-end, pas besoin de louer une voiture-tout ce dont vous avez besoin est Ă  distance de marche, y compris une nouvelle Ă©picerie Ocean Blvd! AprĂšs des vacances pendant de nombreuses annĂ©es avec des propriĂ©tĂ©s VRBO, nous sentons que nous avons trouvĂ© l'escapade Ă  la plage parfaite pour votre plus grand groupe! Nous sommes situĂ©s sur la cĂ©lĂšbre 10e Ă©tage Ă  l'extrĂ©mitĂ© sud de la dĂ©cision de construire pour un sĂ©jour ensoleillĂ©! Il ya 2 balcons en bord de mer et 1 balcon orientĂ© sud au large de la 4Ăšme chambre! Étant une famille d'agent immobilier, nous sentons que nos normes sont plus Ă©levĂ©es que la moyenne, ce qui rend le sĂ©jour confortable pendant que vous ĂȘtes absent! Toutes nos extĂ©rieure mobilier de balcon est le haut de gamme de meubles de style Adirondack vous pouvez vous asseoir pendant des heures! Nos lits sont reines Ă  l'exception d'un lit king dans le maĂźtre! Il y a une TV de 55 'dans le salon avec un canapĂ©-lit plus rĂ©cent, un lecteur Blue Ray, des jeux, des puzzles et une bibliothĂšque de livres mĂȘme pour votre plaisir! Family Time

We were happy to be together in one condo with son, daughter and family, 10 in all. Condo had great view of the ocean, easy to move about in the complex, great pools and play areas.

Absolutely stunning

Even better than expected. This place felt just like you were home except with a beautiful ocean view. Very clean, all the comforts needed to make your stay enjoyable. Enjoyed having the washer and dryer in the unit. Will definitely book again.

Wonderful location, property, and stay

We spent four nights with four adults and three children and had an amazing time! The unit is well equipped, very nicely decorated, and in a great location. The views from the balconies were great too. The weather did not cooperate (cool, windy, and one rainy day) but the indoor pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, and lazy river were well heated and great for the kids and the adults. The building is just a couple of blocks from a Walmart Neighborhood Market, and there are two convenience stores on property. Parking was easy, however someone with a large vehicle would probably have problems with the tightness of the parking and the ramps leading up and down. Overall two thumbs up!

Great Location, Nice Place, Check In was a chore

Location is great, right along the strip , minutes from everything you need. Easy walk along the beach to the pier. Be careful on the check in, no instructions were given by the property manager. So my group arrived but they weren't "officially" on the reservation, and the frint desk won't let you check in without the property manager personally adding you to the reservation by phone call. Our property manager did not respond till the next day. Easy fix, add people to the reservation by email and have them complete whatever info it is they need (that's what my group did). You only need one person to be able to check in so make whoever arrives first and you should be good to go. Other than that hiccup, it's a great spot.

Great stay!

We enjoyed the condo! It was perfect for our family’s stay. We only had a couple of issues. The master bed was super hard, so we bought a mattress topper at Walmart and donated it to the room! The other issue was a fire alarm that kept going off. We called maintenance and they came immediately and put new batteries in all the alarms. We thought it was fixed and then on our last night it began just going off constantly in the middle of the night. We ended up unplugging it and taking the batteries out. I think it must have a problem. There were plenty of other alarms in case there was a fire. These were minor issues with a great place to stay! Thanks for a providing us a homey, beachfront accommodation !

Overall good experience

Overall great location, clean, and great layout for a big group/family. I would recommend this listing. Just a few small things - checkin process was not clearly communicated prior to arrival. The facilities had a few things (outdoor pool not heated, lazy river jets not working, etc). Most frustrating was the fitness center (advertised open at 5am) was not opened until maintenance arrived and opened it for the day - which could be 7-9am. Some outlets not working or things in odd places (coffee maker could not reach an outlet in the 4th bedroom - so coffee maker ended up in the bathroom so we could use it), there was no crock pot even though the listing mentioned it. Overall - very good experience, but a few things that could be improved.

Beautiful place!

There were 11 people in my family who stayed here this week and it was absolutely a great time!! There was plenty of room for everyone, and the balcony was our favorite part of the condo, being able to sit out there and enjoy the ocean. The only thing I wish we had known ahead of time was that we weren’t going to have housekeeping services, but luckily there was a walmart close by and we were able to go get toilet paper and everything else that we needed. The place was very clean and was in a great location. I highly recommend it!!

The place was amazing and the perfect size for the ten of us. The pools and other amenities were perfect. The only thing that was very confusing was the housekeeping responsibility. On the fridge there was a notice about housekeeping coming in but three days into our stay we learned that there was no housekeeping available to us because we rented thru VRBO, which was fine but it wasn’t noted anywhere. I’d suggest two notices regarding housekeeping services on the fridge. One for renting thru Grand Atlantic and one for renting thru VRBO. Otherwise the place was amazing....

Room exactly as described! Beautiful with plenty of room

Everything was exactly as described in the listing. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to dine in and loved the washer/dryer being in the room. Pools were clean and beach was awesome. My only concern was that after completing the booking process I never received answers to my later emailed questions to the owner. However, I contacted Grand Atlantic directly and was able to get the information.

Wow! What an incredible property! Stunning!

From the moment we stepped onto the property of the Grand Atlantic Resort, we knew we had made the right choice. We arrived early so we had to wait for the room, but the front desk offered us access to the pools and the beach while we waited. We did end up getting in the room about a half an hour early and there are not enough words to describe how clean, well maintained and "just like home" this condo is. The owners have thought of everything and the personal touches made it that much more special. There is a crockpot and a blender and a Keurig! Dishes, silverware, pots and pans, cookie sheets. You name it, it was there! The washer and dryer is a HUGE bonus to this already fabulous property. No more stinky beach towels and swimsuits laying around. I know it's always referred to as "A Million Dollar View" but this one is "A Ten Million Dollar View". You will not be disappointed renting this property. The pictures are EXACTLY what the condo looks like. Thank you to the owners for adding touches such as board games and cards. In addition, we had free unlimited DVD rentals from the lobby. The kids took advantage of this at night. Scooby's Bar and Grill downstairs has a plethora of adult beverages, ice cream and grill items. We did not eat there, but we did get drinks and they were incredible. The hotel property itself is also well maintained, though elevators are a bit slow. I didn't care! I was on beach time. I simply cannot say enough about this hotel and the condo. I will stay here again and again! Thank you for an amazing family get-a-way at Myrtle Beachburgh!
