The main living level showcases a highly upgraded, open-concept kitchen with bar seating, a large dining table seating six, and a warm, inviting family room with a wood-burning fireplace. Large windows and the end-unit location fill the space with natural light. Step out onto the second private deck to take in beautiful views of Park City and Deer Valley. The upper-level loft overlooks the living area, and includes a loveseat and several lounging comfortable chairs with another TV, a Nintendo Switch 2 w/games, ideal for extended stays.

Ridgepoint at Deer Valley sits at over 8,000 feet elevation in Silver Lake Village, just 3.5 miles from historic Main Street Park City. During ski season, enjoy convenient access to the free city bus. Community amenities include a nearby ski access trail, a year-round common area hot tub, underground shared parking, and a seasonal outdoor pool and tennis courts during summer months (availability managed by the Ridgepoint HOA).

The ski-out access trail connects to Last Chance (Blue) and Success (Green) runs, delivering you to Snow Park Lodge. To return, take the Homestake or Carpenter Express chair, follow the SilverLink trail to the Ridgepoint access trail, and enjoy a short walk back to the home. Please note: Guests with young children should be aware the home includes two sets of stairs and hard-surface flooring throughout. The property is not childproof.

Summer guests: This home does not have central air conditioning. Tower fans are provided in all bedrooms, with a ceiling fan in the main living area. At 8,500 feet elevation, cooler mountain temperatures and cross-ventilation typically provide comfortable conditions.
