There are 2 bathrooms, one with shower and bathtub, one with shower. There is a dedicated workspace, WiFi, 2 Smart TVs, DVD player with DVD collection, and landline telephone. This 1.6-acre property is not visible from road or adjoining properties, with 170-ft of lakefront including dock, boat lift, canoe, V-hulled rowboat, and private off-road parking area, large enough for boat trailer and cars. House sits under a canopy of stately trees providing ample shade in summer months. Great views and beautiful sunsets from the large deck that sits 10 feet off the ground. Property is located 30 min from Plattsburgh, 1 hour from Lake Placid, and 1.5 hours from both Montreal and Burlington. Must see to appreciate. Sorry, no pets or events. Please note, Camp Adam is only available for weekly rentals - Saturday 4:00 PM through Saturday 11:00 AM. A security deposit, signed short-term rental agreement, and government-issued ID are required for rentals; security deposit will be returned via VRBO 14 days after checking out.
Owner cares about environmental conservation. 5% of all rental income will be donated to the Chazy Lake Watershed Initiative (www.chazylake.org).

My name is Michelle Carter. While growing up, the Adirondack Mountains were a favorite vacation spot for my family. My father was a VRBO host from the early 2000's and I am happy to be carrying on the tradition. We welcome new guests who wish to holiday on Chazy Lake in the Adirondack Mountains.

This Chazy Lake property sits on a quiet, one-way street with little through traffic. It is perfect for daily walks. The lake is peaceful, perfect for morning and evening paddling. Our family memories of sitting on the deck, watching the sunset and listening to the loons are some of the most memorable moments of my life.
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
This beautiful A-frame chalet has loads of space, and is secluded, surrounded and shaded by hemlocks, pines, and hardwoods. The chalet was built in the 1970's with much of the vintage charm preserved. The closest point from the water's edge to the deck is approximately 12 feet. Guests have access to the 20-foot aluminum dock with adjoining boat lift, canoe, and rowboat.
