Guest Registration & Identification
• Mandatory ID Submission: All guests must provide a valid government-issued ID or passport prior to check-in to comply with local regulations and any guest should be pre submitt the ID of it before arrival
• Marriage Documentation for Arab Nationals: Arab nationals or Arabic passport holders must present an official marriage certificate or family card (for GCC citizens). Unofficial documents, such as “Orfi” contracts, are not accepted under Egyptian law.
