An exceptional place to stay for multiple nights close to uptown, Novant, and Atrium! Apartment clean and accurately described, Parking no issue for a Suburban. Safe neighborhood with scenic evening walks. Spent 5 nights there and highly recommend!

Super cute, cozy and quiet

The apartment is so cute and very clean. The mattress was especially comfortable as well. We heard absolutely no noise from outside the building during the night and had a wonderful stay. Wine & snacks were also a nice touch!

MeyersPark Comfort

We stayed at 510 Queens Road. The apartment is stylish, clean, and very comfortable.Jim and his group are wonderful to deal with... even cold wine in refrig.we will definitely rent with group again.

Great Location

This property was comfortable and as described. The location can’t be beat. The neighborhood is quiet with beautiful homes. The amenities were fantastic. Our only complaint was that you could hear every step and conversation of the guests in the apartment upstairs. Not much anyone could do to remedy this because the people upstairs weren’t doing anything out of the ordinary. The construction of the apartment didn’t take consideration to sound dampening.

You will hear everything in the apartment above you. I had to purchase noise canceling headphones the second week bc I heard everything in the apartment above. I didn't feel safe in this unit. I had a issue with an possible homeless person sleeping outside the door. in
