Nous offrons l'hébergement de ski premium sur trois étages. Le dernier étage, où vous vous réunissez, dispose de grandes baies vitrées offrant une vue imprenable sur le village et les pistes. Il contient une belle cuisine, salle à manger, salon, salle de bains et un petit accès au bain à remous. Le niveau intermédiaire fournit l'entrée d'une allée plat à un hall d'accueil avec un plancher chauffant. Voici la spacieuse chambre des maîtres, qui comprend une luxueuse salle de bains. La deuxième chambre, également sur le niveau intermédiaire, a deux lits simples qui peuvent être combinés pour faire un roi, et à travers le hall est une élégante salle de bains. Le niveau inférieur arbore un repaire de luxe avec TV et cheminée, une petite cuisine, une salle de bains et la buanderie. Il a également la troisième chambre avec deux lits doubles superposés (pour quatre personnes). Le canapé den transforme en un lit queen. Une salle de ski spacieuse à l'étage inférieur se range facilement tout votre matériel et sort directement sur la piste d'atterrissage avec un accès aux pistes. Qualité de finition tout au long, comprend certains planchers chauffants, ventilation supérieure, chauffage central au gaz, compteurs de céramique, planchers de tapis, bois franc et de tuiles, beau chêne détaillant, élégant traitement de fenêtre - les photos racontent tout cela! Ceci est un hébergement de luxe haut de gamme.

Large home with older decor but nicer than the photos make it appear. Very clean. Thoughtful owners with lots amenities like ketchup in the fridge, and spices and other staples in the cupboard for use. We had a great trip!

We had a great stay. We would definitely go back. The hot tub unfortunately malfunctioned due to a power surge on the hill from a storm but the hosts were in close communication with us and made every effort to amend the situation. Very responsive. Good location with short walk to the village. Had all the kitchen amenities you could need. Great setup with lots of beds and rooms so people could enjoy being together or in different spaces. Overall great experience.

Deep Blue is even more impressive than the website shows. The property is very spacious and has all the amenities you need for a terrific stay. Sue and Wally are very responsive and great hosts.

Home away from home

The house was perfect for our needs. We were there for a funeral and in the evenings it was lovely to have a comfy, homey place where we could relax and be together. It was well stocked with whatever one might need.

Our stay at Deep Blue was perfect! The house is very well equipped so that you feel right at home. The kitchen has everything you need to cook any meal you could dream of and an amazing coffee machine. The huge kitchen table plus breakfast bar could seat a crowd. Dual laundry facilities were awesome to knock out 2 loads of ski clothes very quickly. The 'mud room' inside the front door was perfect to get ready to go ski or to take off your boots and bibs without making a mess elsewhere. Beds were uber comfy, plenty of towels in the numerous bathrooms, and on-demand hot water so 4 of us could take back-to-back showers and not worry about the last person being chilly. The hot tub was very nice to relax in after a long day on the slopes. An added perk, the owners are super friendly, local, and very communicative. We felt well taken care of and knew that if we had any issue, they would jump on it. We're already dreaming of our next stay in Deep Blue!

Ski Week

Awesome place to say. Highly functional space with lots of space for drying gear and boots. Very welcoming and accommodating hosts with great communication. Great kitchen space with all the essentials. Great location with a walk out the door onto the skiway.

Family ski holiday

Deep blue was an amazing home for our family’s ski vacation. It was spacious and comfortable for seven people. The kitchen had everything you could ever need. The inclusion of linens and towels and bath products and pantry items etc was so appreciated. The ski in ski out was great. Silver star has a fun family vibe, and I would totally recommend Sue and Wally‘s house for are your next Silver star get away

Amazing Property!

We stayed over Christmas with our grown children. The house was perfect in every way and great for a large gathering with family and friends Christmas Day. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas with a tree and more and just a short walk to the village. It was everything we hoped for and more..Thank you Sue & Wal. We made some great memories.

Mountain Escape

Our family enjoyed the accommodations at Silver Star! I think this would be an amazing place to stay in the winter with the ski hill right there. If your into mountain biking or skiing this is the place to be. Was a little far of a daily drive for our summer beach plans but overall really happy with our stay. PS, for summer travellers there is no AC so we found it to be a little hot for sleeping. Thanks Sue and Wally

We generally receive top reviews from our guests, and we take every comment for improvement seriously. The hot tub is professionally managed. Sorry it wasn't 100%; it has been recently upgraded, and seemed perfect when we last used it just before your checkin. The technicians are there every day except Wednesdays and Sundays, so I hope you mentioned any problem to them. Our aim is to have it work perfectly every time. The floor of the garage had tire tracks, with typical snow and road dirt, and the garage has our skis and tools. Otherwise, it is totally clean. Best wishes and have a great spring. Sue and Wally

Fantastic stay at Silver Star!

We had a wonderful time at Deep Blue and will not hesitate to book again. Sue is a fantastic host with quick and friendly communication. The house is spacious and has a fantastic setup. The kitchen has everything you need and the pantry is stocked with anything you have forgotten! There are games and sleds for the kids to use and the welcome basket was greatly appreciated. All rooms are outfitted with lovely bedding and particularly the master bedroom is amazing! Honestly, this is one of our favourite places that we have stayed for a ski vacation and even the mild weather did not take away from spending time in a wonderful home with friends! We can’t wait to stay again!!

Fabulous Ski Holiday

We just returned home from a most fantastic ski holiday at Silver Star Mountain Resort. This was our fourth stay on the mountain and had always stayed at Snowbird Lodge. This year, we decided to try something different and rent a house. There were no disappointments! We totally appreciated the space, all the amenities of our own home, lovely views, and very notably - working with Sue and Wally who were responsive, attentive, and very hospitable. We can't wait to return and hope that we can rent Deep Blue again. Special thanks again, to Sue and Wally for working with our family and helping make great memories!

We enjoyed the stay very much. Would recommend skiing down the ski way out back to the village and lifts and then catch the shuttle bus which drops you at the driveway. House was lovely.

We purchased this beauty to provide joy for ourselves, our children and four young grandchildren, all crazy about skiing, nordic and alpine. We intend to keep Deep Blue in pristine condition and enjoy all Silver Star offers year-round. The easy access to the spectacular snowshoeing, tubing, and skating is a bonus.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We are the second owners. Deep Blue was custom-built by a highly respected local builder, and it oozes quality and elegance. When needed, it comfortably sleeps all ten of us (grandparents, parents, grandchildren). This is a stand-alone house, so no shared walls. It provides great views and easy access, on both alpine as well as nordic skis to beautiful Silver Star, a magical winter wonderland. And when we want, a five-minute walk to the Village.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

You will live on three floors: Top: elegant living, dining, visiting, hot tubbing, grilling. Middle: sleeping. Bottom: a den where the kids (or anybody) can play and have fun, but away from the grownups. An intercom keeps everyone in touch. Table tennis is easily set up when furniture (on casters) is moved to the side. This is a great rental for two families, but you should also invite grandpa and grandma.
