Enjoyable Vacation

Good location with golf course next door, easy access to retail, food and restaurants. Quiet facility with nice swimming pools and hot tubs. Grounds are well maintained. Our unit had a great view and the unit floor plan was comfortable. Will return for another vacation.

Six-week Getaway

Anasazi is a great place to spend some fun time in the sun away from the winter snow and cold. Our unit was a great location: Poolside, next to the golf course, close parking, and access to shopping and restaurants. Plus, it was quiet. We did have some issues that we discussed with the owner and he promised to get them resolved. All in all, we had a wonderful time and hope to return sometime in the future.

Home away from home

I recently stayed at this beautiful rental for 5 months for work. Being from the east coast and in a different place very far and different then what I'm used to, I was nervous in what to expect. Finding this place was a blessing in a great area. The comfortness of the condo was perfect. Just enough space for my boyfriend and I to cook, hangout on the couch on off time, cook meals, sit on the balcony and enjoy the view of the pool and golf course. The bed was very comfortable! A couple small issues we had in the 5 months of being there and quickly got responses and solutions. If I get a chance in the future to visit Phoenix again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This is our 3rd Fall trip to the Phoenix area being from Mid northern Canada we find it extends our summer somewhat. Awesome condo with superb grounds and location. Very clean with all the amenities you will need, what was better was non perishable goods were left to use ( and replace) many places don't do that. The bed was too good as now my wife wants to buy one exactly like it. The people at the complex were very friendly and Delfina did a great job getting back to us with the few questions we had. The balcony overlooks the pool and golf course with a walking trail around the course, shopping is next door as well. Our highest recommendation is we will be looking for this property again for next year.

Awesome Condo & Great Location

We stayed at this condo for the month of April. The condo & the complex were amazing & the owners were very easy to deal with. The condo is perfect for two people & has all the comforts of home. We especially loved the sliding doors in the bedroom that opened up to the balcony. The five pools at the complex were never busy & there were times when we had a pool to ourselves. The grounds were beautiful & this condo has a wonderful view of a pool, the golf course & Camelback mountain. The location in Paradise Valley is perfect & not more than a 20 minute drive to restaurants & shopping plus there is shopping & restaurants within walking distance. Also there are many hiking trails within a 15 minute drive. We totally loved this condo & we can't wait to return next year.

Great value for $$ rental rate

Spent a month at the condo - inside updated very modern and well equipped - very nice view overlooking the pool area and golf course. Location was ideal for shopping/dining just minutes away. Attractions and golf courses all quite close. We really enjoyed hearing the coyotes howl across the golf course at night!

Terrific GetAway

The condo met our expectations both in design style, large size, and excellent location. The Paradise Village location made it easy to travel north to Grand Canyon and Sedona for a quick overnight. Same with Tucson and south AZ. The one bedroom was large. The living room and bedroom overlooking the lovely pool and golf course was refreshing in the evening with our cool temperatures. The sunset from the balcony were a real treat. Thank you for making our stay in AZ so wonderful. We would highly recommend the place to travelers throughout the world and the USA.

Perfect Phoenix area condo location! This condo was very clean, well appointed and recently renovated with granite counters, tile floors, custom plantation shutters... The balcony has a great pool and partial mountain view which is perfect for morning reading/coffee. There are 5 pools in the gated complex to enjoy. Easy walk to the mall and restaurants. Property backs to golf course with great walking trail. 10 minute drive to Echo Canyon for hiking. I highly recommend and will stay again when in Phoenix/Scottsdale area!

Awesome vacation rental in Paradise Valley, Phoenix

The location in Paradise Valley was a real plus. All amenities are close by. The restaurants were really good and the grocery shopping was the best. The condo itself was really nice and the view from the balcony was really great. It was awesome to enjoy the pool at different times during the day. The pedestrian walkway along part to the golf course was an added bonus. We enjoyed our early morning walks about the community. The owners did a wonderful job of providing information on all amenities and activities in the surrounding area. I would highly recommend this condo for a vacation in Phoenix.

Great Getaway From -30 Canada

I was very pleased with the condo and my stay here--the owners were friendly and easy to communicate with. The condo was exactly as described in the listing-- very clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated the beautiful views of the mountains and the gorgeous sunsets from the balcony and how quiet it was despite the close proximity to shopping and restaurants. North of 60 stays in Phoenix

Our stay was for a month. It was great, loved the pool, close proximity to shopping, walking trail, and restaurants. The condo was perfect for two people. We chose not to rent a vehicle, and so walked every day for groceries, to restaurants, (Longhorns was a personal favorite) and for pleasure. The second hand book store next to Target also was a welcome find. Had breakfast on the deck every morning, watched the hummingbirds and bunnies and listened to the waterfall, just below. Would definitely stay here again.

Living a Dream

We found on our arrival an immaculate, comfortable home. Would especially like to thank the owners for giving us the opportunity to enjoy this property. The small amenities like movies, cards, housecoats, and kitchen full of everyday spices was the ''icing on the cake'. We were especially fond of the view from the deck enjoying our breakfasts and evenings from there. As in a previous review, location was central to everything required. Another thank you to Mark and Maureen for the detailed instructions and information on the surrounding area. Would love to come back another time, but definitely would have to make it longer.

Amazing Condo/Amazing Experience

What a wonderful experience!! My husband rented this condo during the summer of 2012 due to a short job relocation. The owners are an absolute delight to deal with and definitely went above and beyond in every way. The condo is beautiful and the grounds are immaculate. Perfect for a short or extended stay and truly has everything you might need to feel "just like home." Paradise Valley Mall is just down the street along with more restaurants than you can imagine. Our children loved the weekends we got to "go visit Daddy" and couldn't get enough of swimming pools. Definitely would love to stay here again and can recommend this property to everyone.

Great experience!

First, we have to say LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Close to the 51, "kitty corner" from Paradise Valley Mall, could walk to Target, and Costco was about a 1/4 of mile away as well. Restaurants were convenient and walking distance to Stonecreek Golf Course. We stayed in this condo for six weeks during December 2011 and the first two weeks of 2012. If you like to shop or golf you can't beat this condo. From having the convenience of walking out of the elevator and having your front door be right there was handy when bringing groceries, etc. home. We call it home because it has all the amentities of home. We LOVE the comfort of the bed. So much so, that we are attempting to get one of our own! The grounds were immaculant, the pools and hot tub were great and with this condo being on the second floor we felt very secure. It was very peaceful as well. The view out the balcony of the golf course and the pool was great. There is a waterfall by the pool that if you leave your sliding door open is wonderful to wake up to. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
