Evan, we’re very sorry that the access code provided for your stay did not work and that our team was unable to assist you in time to access the property. We understand that having to wait for assistance and ultimately make other arrangements significantly disrupted your plans. Although an alternative access option was provided later, by that point you had already arranged different accommodations and were no longer able to use the property. We also recognize that you had contacted us earlier that day and expected timely assistance, and we apologize that we did not provide the support you needed when it mattered most.
