Nice quiet convenient location

The location is perfect for our needs. Quiet neighborhood with stores, restaurants and wonderful parks within a few blocks. The screened in porch was great for morning coffee while waiting for others to wake up.

Wonderful Location

We had a wonderful stay! The house is cute and in a great area!! We went on walks in the wonderful park close by. We were in town for over a week for the college softball tournament in Clearwater and was the perfect location to go to the beach, into Tampa and the softball diamands!! We will stay again!

Comfortable and convenient

We stayed here for a vacation. We had three adults and two toddlers and had plenty of space. The home was darling and had everything under the sun that we could think of. Next time we go back, we will definitely book this home again!

Relaxing Vacation Home

We rented this home for spring break 4/13-4/19. It was perfect for our needs, very clean, in a quiet neighborhood. I loved the lanai (and resident lizards), the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked with everything you could ever need for meals, and the washer/dryer were very handy. It was cozy and comfortable and I recommend it as a good base to vacation and see all the local sights!

felt like home away from home.

the house felt like home....tidy...private...it didn't feel sterile like a hotel....ten minutes from the beaches......lots of local parks....very affordable too...we actually had money to eat out...this was our second stay, this one was for our anniversary...we'll be back...thank you......the LaRue family.

Adorable place in a great neighborhood

This is an adorable place to stay in Clearwater. It's in a great neighborhood close to everything. It was sparkling clean and had every amenity you could wish for. There were plenty of linens and having the 2 pull out couches in the living room worked great for our boys. All of the instructions given and communication was excellent. We look forward to staying here again.

It was a very nice property and a very quiet area

Our experience was delightful with the property.we will be staying there on our next visit to pinellas county. Myself being born in largo, I felt it accomidated all our needs as a family. Thee only complant I would have about the property would be the matresses were very sqweeky.other than that our stay was a 9.8 out of 10. Highly reccommend this property!!!!!!!

Classic Florida stay

Awesome backyard and grill, outdoor seating, cozy beds and sofas, good appliances. Did not have coffee but had a coffee machine. Good for kids. Lot of beach and bath towels. Beach chair, umbrella, strollers kept from previous tenants!

My sister, nephews and my son had the BEST time in Clearwater. From the moment we walked into your home, we felt at home. It had EVERYTHING we could of ever needed. If there was ever any trouble you was right on it. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. Also, everything you could want food, shopping and beaches are anywhere from 2 mins to 15 mins.... you cant beat that

Comfortable

It’s a comfy homey house with almost everything you need. We have two young kids and it’s close to a nice park, great neighborhood and kind neighbors. Nice backyard to run around. Only issues were no dishwasher, which I can live without but so nice to have one. And also the plumbing is a little quirky, especially in the shower in the garage.

Perfect Florida Stay

Booking our Florida home for vacation was so simple and check in was great. I never had to worry about anything, the emails with lock codes, check in and check out information and receipts all came via email perfectly. The house was clean, stocked with supplies to live there which was not expected at all, the yard was great to have the kids play and hunt for little lizards. I must say the 2nd bathroom was a great addition and I was very grateful for the laundry. Our family had a wonderful stay and we were all comfortable in this home away from home for 2 weeks. home away from home

My nieces wedding was on a boat at clearwater beach, this house was a perfect match for my stay. six - seven miles away, beating the traffic that day because I was close enough. The house was very homey. Two bedrooms I only needed to use one. Very clean, bed was comfortable, that is always a plus for me. Nice quiet family neighborhood. Grocery store only a few miles down the road. If I had to do a longer stay, being I like to cook I would like to see the kitchen get up dated. The stove functioned find for my needs. Not a 2 Bath, but otherwise good.

Two couples on this trip, and high priority was to have 2 bdrm and 2 baths. I would not consider this to be a 2 bath. We finally 'found' the 2nd bath in the garage, and there was no sink in the room (shower and toilet only .. so no washing hands or shaving possible). The patio TV did not work (but not needed for our stay). That said, it was mainly clean (outdoor room needed wiping down) the garage was clean, the kitchen well stocked and RETRO for sure (no updates, but functional) The beds were comfy and spacious areas, so lots of room to spread out and becomfortable.Nice neighborhood.
