You’ll have full access to the entire apartment, plus all the building’s amenities 24/7 — and self check-in makes arriving super easy.

- Parking: Free spot included in the building’s covered garage. (Heads up: the space can be tight for large vehicles.)

- This is a 2-story home, so stairs are involved.

- We may ask for a photo ID after booking. Planning to park? We'll need your car details too.

Please remember this is a residential building with long-term neighbors who work early, so:

Quiet hours: 10PM to 7AM
No smoking or loitering in common areas
No parties — Any evidence of a party or smoking inside the unit will result in a $500 fee.
We have a pet fee of $150 for the extra cleaning.
- For safety, there are security cameras in the hallways, and a Minut/NoiseAware sensor inside the apartment (it only tracks noise levels — no audio recording!).

All guests are manually reviewed. We reserve the right to cancel bookings (penalty-free) if flagged as high-risk.
