Other Things to Note:

- Security Deposit - A fully refundable $150 security deposit is required and collected through the Airbnb Resolution Center. This covers incidents such as intentional damage to linens or lost keys/fobs.

- ID Verification - Guests must provide a copy of a government-issued ID. Failure to complete the ID verification or security deposit process may result in reservation cancellation.

- A noise-monitoring device is installed in the unit to track decibel levels and ensure a peaceful environment for residents and guests. It does not record audio.

Consumables:

- Guests are responsible for replenishing consumables once the initial supply is used.

• Check-out by 11:00 AM
• Maximum occupancy: 3 guests

• The booking guest must be staying at the property or booking on behalf of a registered guest (such as a company booking for an employee). Please provide the name of the primary guest prior to arrival.

• A refundable $150 security deposit and ID verification is required prior to check-in.

• This is a quiet residential building. Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

• No parties or events.

• No smoking or vaping of any kind (including tobacco, cannabis, or e-cigarettes) anywhere inside the unit, on balconies, or in shared areas. A $250 cleaning fee applies if evidence is found.

• A noise monitoring device is installed to monitor sound levels only (no audio recording).

• Guests are responsible for replenishing consumable items once the starter supply has been used.

• Reserved parking space #29 is available for guest use.
