A Place At The Beach offers extensive amenities and one of the best family getaways imaginable - there's practically no reason to ever leave the resort grounds!


Can't you just see the excitement on your children's faces as they approach the outdoor swimming pool and water slide or the nine-hole putt-putt golf course? Don't forget about the hot tub, the shuffleboard, the tennis and basketball courts, the game room, and the gas grills. There's even an indoor pool should the rain ever decide to move in. Ready to hit the beach? You can follow the walkway to the beautiful, white sand of the Crystal Coast and ride the waves, soak up the sun, or collect seashells.


This second-floor, courtyard condo overlooks the outdoor swimming pool. You'll have two bedrooms, three TVs, a DVD player for your evening entertainment, free WiFi throughout the condo, and a private washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and beach towels nightly.

Great family vacay!

Easy to book and even easier to relax. Such a great trip with my family. This condo was clean and had everything we needed for a great family trip.

Wonderful

Our condo was clean, cool( which is very important to me) and had everything we needed. From the balcony we could see the pool and slide when the kids were out there Decor was very beachy and comfortable Excellent unit to rent you will not be disappointed!

Hot beach vaca

We checked in and found out the AC was out. The owner did fix it however it was a balmy 82 degrees for three days in our room. Vacasa called and checked on us and kept in constant contact. They were great and helped any way they could. The good news is, that unit has a brand new AC.

The furniture and furnishings were old, and the place was not well organized or clean. We found plyers under the mattress of the pull out sofa. The mattress of the pull out was thin and one could feel the metal underneath.

Not very clean

The unit was well stocked kitchen wise but not clean at all. It was obvious that it had not even been swept before we arrived. There was a sock and personal items under the furniture left behind from a previous stay and sand and dust bunnies on the floor. On Tuesday of our stay, we were greeted in the morning by a massive roach scurrying across the bedroom floor. I never knew thy grew that big. An exterminator came by later in the week and confirmed it. The air filter for the AC looked as though it hadn’t been changed in 6 months. My husband found a replacement in a closet and changed it. The furniture was filthy and covered in sand. The couch bed was so old that my teen son could feel every spring coming through. We had to go buy a foam mattress topper to use on it. It was a disappointing stay and we will not rent this unit again.
