Crystal Coast Condo - Full Amenities!

A Place at the Beach unit 288.

Renovated in the last few years, our condo has something for everyone. Our two bedroom, two bath condo has so much to offer a family! The condo has a queen bed in the master bedroom and includes a full tile shower in the master bath suite. The second bathroom has a single over full bunk bed. The second bath includes a bath/shower combination.

The main area includes a fully renovated kitchen with marble counters, full oven and full refrigerator. The washer and dryer are tucked neatly away in the living room closet. The living room includes 2 couches and a 50" TV.

Our rental includes bath and bed linens. Pool and beach towels are not provided!

The condo property includes 2 pools: an outdoor with a 150' slide and an indoor pool (heated in the offseason). The indoor pool area also includes a hot tub. There are also many things to do on the property: Tennis courts, basketball court, mini golf, charcoal and gas grills, a playground and a spacious courtyard.

April Vacation getaway

This is a great property with lots of great places to eat near by. If you love shelling the beach is great, especially down near Fort Macon. The two pools were great to hang out by and we loved hanging out by the firepit at night. Jason the owner was great and took care of all of our needs. I would recommend staying here if you want a great seaside getaway.

Summer fun

We have stayed in several different units in this development, and this particular unit is at the top of the list. Beds were comfy; just about anything you need in the kitchen is there.

Beautiful condo

Fun place to stay.

It was a nice place. Could have used a few things in the kitchen. There were no scissors. But all in all it was fun and the owner is easy to communicate with.

Our piece of heaven on Earth

My family and I have been coming to A Place at the Beach for 7 years now. We love this place and our kids always have a blast! This was the first time we stayed in a condo not owned by the resort and we were very pleased. The room was clean, decorated nicely, and very comfortable for a family of 4. We would definitely stay again!

The property is awesome. The cleanliness could be improved in the kitchen and living room couches need to be replaced or deep cleaned.

We leave the contact info for our property manager for issues like cleanliness. If we were made aware, we would have happily sent the cleaners back to address any concerns. Both carpet and couches were deep cleaned about a month ago.
