New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

Come let your cares blow away at Passing Winds. Relax in the swing on the upper-level screened porch and watch the sun melt into the sound. This home is fully loaded and decorated with a comfortable and personal touch.

There is something for everyone - awesome ocean beaches, a dip in the 13' x 27' private saltwater pool or hot tub, a game of pool in the game room with wet bar and refrigerator, or a movie in the comfortable great room with a 32-inch TV. The great room also has surround sound and a gas fireplace for cool nights.

The kids will enjoy the Playstation 2 games in their room. The family can walk or bike to the ice cream shop, or you can stay behind for some quiet time to relax and read a book in the hammock.

Enjoy beautiful ocean and sound views, especially from the fourth-floor loft. Two main bedrooms with private decks and two additional bedrooms offer restful places to catch a few winks. Great furnishings, beautiful ocean and sound views and much more are waiting for you at Passing Winds. We can't wait to share our home with you!

New for 2026: fresh paint in living room and game room, new flooring throughout the house, all new smart TV's, and new living room furniture.
Home is not pet friendly.

Walked into a home that wasn’t cleaned after the previous guests but the property manager responded quickly to my call and sent a team over to clean the house. Still some minor cleanliness issues/ stains but overall a nice home!

Wonderful Beach getaway

The property was clean and just as advertised. The pool was nice for days when the beach had rough surf or on/off rain. Also, good to work with our young grandchildren on learning to swim.

Great house with ocean and sound view's. The kids loved the pool. Us adults enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. Its a bit of a walk to the beach. We drove down further for a more flat entrance to the beach as us old people wear out fast.....knees, hips...ect Would recommend

Clean, nicely priced rental. Truly a block away from the beach access, in a friendly, quiet, and walkable neighborhood. Enjoyed the hot tub, pool,(unheated does not bother us as northern New Yorkers), and many decks. Kitchen was stocked with essential cookware including a blender and many pots and pans. Kids had fun with the pool table, and the outdoor shower was handy upon return from adventures.

Great Stay

We loved the house! It looks even better than pictured. The kitchen has all new appliances and has everything you need. Lots of large bathrooms and good size bedrooms. We loved the pool, hot tub, and pool table. All the large decks provided great ocean and sound views. The porch swing was so nice that overlooked the ocean. I do wish they had a grill we ended up having to bring our own. Also, the grass wasn’t cut before our stay it was very tall. All in all a wonderful trip and house!!

Affordable house with pool

We loved the pool and hot tub.The two master suites with our own bathrooms was great and the loft with an extra bed the kids loved.Now the house needs all new appliances and some up keep to it....doors were getting stuck or couldn't open paint chipping of the wall furniture was old but usable.It is a hike to the beach as well however you can park near the beach access but it's still a hike over the dunes.Over all we had a great vacation and the price was great for the house!

Nice but needs work

House was very clean & well supplied. Enjoyed our stay there. Just a few items for Vacasa to consider addressing: Deck railings are old, rickety and move quite a bit so they are unsafe, may give way soon. Hot tub doesn’t work properly. Pool was dirty w leaves, debris & there was no skimmer net to even clean it so pool was unusable. Towel bar in upstairs bath was off the wall when we arrived.
