New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

Incredible amenities await! Surf Condos offers guests a swimming pool with large deck areas and a gazebo, several outdoor showers, a laundry facility, public telephone, and private beach access.

Surf Condo 514 is on the first floor. The deck offers peeks of the Atlantic Ocean and the pool.

Inside, the kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and toaster. The dining area provides a glass-top round table, and an attached breakfast bar offers additional seating.

Find comfy seating in the living area, where large sliding glass doors open to the deck - letting the sunshine pour in!

Surf Condo 514 is as convenient to the beach as you can get. Just a short walk and your feet will be in the sand. Life isn't good - it's great!

The condo was very clean and a great location. Pool was beautiful. Great beach access. My only recommendation is they need better mattresses. They were extremely hard and squeaky.

We will be back

The condo was in the perfect location! The staff that ran the gate was SO friendly! We loved the pool and how clean it was. Our only complaint was some rowdy neighbors but that can be expected in a rental! The balcony was perfect to read on at night!!!

All you need!

Honestly this condo has all that you need. The place could use some things replaced like the mattress and the shades but those ar not necessities. We loved the beach and pool.

Great location

Loved the location, the stay, the pool, and how close it was to the ocean! We even experienced sea turtles hatching! The bed was a bit rough and super loud everytime you sat or laid on it or just moved in general. The place was nice and quiet. Nice view and short drives to coffee food or the grocery store.

The room was good, despite not having rails on the bunk beds. It needs a few updates for sure. My sister stayed in another room down from us and it was completely remodeled and looked very modern.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed staying at The Surf! It was a great location and was exactly what our family of 5 needed. Only 2 suggestions: 1. If the owner or manager could have some better cleaning supplies on-site for renters to better be able to keep it up during the stay. Such as dishwasher tabs, surface spray... Otherwise it was clean, comfortable, safe for our 2, 6, and 7 year olds. 2. Would have loved to have a lifeguard at the pool. Overall we really loved it and are so happy we used verb and visited Surf City! Katie

we had trouble with the door lock. the number provided would not work. had to use the key which was VERY difficult to remove from the door knob
