Enjoy the sound of waves crashing and beautiful views of the sea from your private balcony. Relax at the zero entry pool and utilize private beach access for a day of fun in the sun. Condo is updated with stainless steel appliances and includes in-unit laundry!

Master bedroom has king bed and is attached to half bath, ensuring privacy as needed. Built in bunk beds are perfect for kids or singles, and are directly adjacent to full bath. murphy bed (queen) is located in living room and a spacious couch is in living room as well.
Linens and beach towels included, as well as beach gear and life jackets/floaties for kids. Space is toddler friendly, equipped with clip on high chair, pack n play and toys.

We enjoyed our visit in this clean and comfy condo. Very well stocked with kitchen essentials, towels, shampoo and conditioner, extra sunscreen, dog shampoo, step stool for little ones brushing teeth, etc. So much thought and consideration by the owner to make for a comfortable stay. There is a hand held shower sprayer and the water pressure is good. That’s always something I like. The beds are comfortable as well. We had our dog with us, his first time at the beach. He did great! Though dogs are not allowed in the courtyard area around the pool, there are two large areas on either side of the complex for walking around and bathrooming. Waste bags and a disposal trash bin in each area too. To take the pups on the beach you walk through the parking lot and enter by the steps and beach board walk. You cannot walk the dogs on the sidewalk by the pool, that is considered the courtyard. There are signs posted for that, but we thought it was just keep them off the grass and stay on the sidewalks. I only mention this because I saw someone else say “how can you say it’s pet friendly when you can’t walk them in that area”. Just felt that was unfair to say. The community is very accommodating to pets. We would love to stay in this unit again in the future!

The condo was great! The property was in a perfect location, easy access to the beach and pool. The unit was very clean and the perfect size for my family of 5. The host’s communication was excellent and prompt. I would definitely book here again in the future.

Wonderful, relaxing stay!

Wonderful condo! We had everything we needed! The check in process was super easy and the host was quick to respond with any questions I might have. The condo was spacious, clean and modern
we had plenty of space. The views were gorgeous
we loved sitting on the balcony. The beach and the pool were just a short walk. Very family friendly. We look forward to returning!

Great Stay

Had a great stay. The place was clean and as advertised. The location was ideal. The views were perfect. However, be warned the walls/floors are thin. I know the property owner can't help this, but warning other folks of this. We heard every footsteps the upstairs neighbors made and they were doing construction up there. The neighborhood is great, beautiful, but I wouldn't label it as dog friendly because dogs can't go out onto the court yard.

Surf City Condo

The condo is exactly as advertised. The unit has a nice view of the pool and ocean and a very easy walk right down to the sand. It was exceptionally clean when we arrived. The host was very responsive to any question we had. We would stay there again.

Paradise Found

What a wonderful place to spend my birthday week! I don’t have enough words to describe how amazing this condo is! My husband and I, along with our dog enjoyed everything about the condo, the property and the Surf Condo staff. The condo is even more beautiful than the pictures! So clean and spacious. Everything you need is already there! The beach chairs, wagon , everything! The towels and linens were high quality. The furniture and decor is so beachy and comfortable. The balcony was perfect for chilling. The pool was perfect, note there are a lot of children but everyone was well behaved. Beach was beautiful and we took long walks. Caroline, the owner provided us dining recommendations and they were spot on. Caroline was very responsive and helpful. Big shout out to Dean , the onsite security for being so kind and welcoming. He made you feel safe, while being just a nice person. We will definitely be renting this condo again next summer!!!

Beach retreat

Our stay was amazing. Caroline had everything we could have possibly needed provided for us. The condo was clean and spacious for our group of 4. We spent our mornings at either the pool or beach and our afternoons discovering other places on the island. We would absolutely recommend and return. Thank you so much!

Annual Family Beach Trip

Condo is situated in a nicely gated community with friendly staff. Condo itself was super clean and space was efficiently used. Host had everything you could think of and more! Ended up with 3 teenagers with my husband and I plus our dog Duke plenty of space. View from the balcony was perfect. Will definitely be booking this one again in the future!

Amazing family vacay!

The condo was exactly as the listing expected. My husband, myself and our 2 kids (6 and 1) and we had a wonderful time. The zero entry pool was so nice to have right there near the condo and the view of that and the ocean were perfect. We could go back to the room for naps/lunch and it was just a short walk. The host had so many toys, beach toy, chairs and wagon and that made it so nice to not have to bring a bunch of extra stuff. We did bring our own beach canopy but that was it. We are looking forward to visiting next year.

Perfect getaway

Caroline's place was absolutely perfect! The condo was well cared for, fully furnished with everything you could need for a family vacation. She even had beach chairs, umbrella and a boogie board. The property was quiet with a mix of vacationers and property owners Caroline was so helpful and responsive. She messaged back every time within minutes! She had everything there for our stay that we could possibly need. We will definitely be back to stay longer.

Loved it!

This is our first time getting our own condo and we loved it, super nice and super easy walk to the beach! Only recommendation would be to get a pad lock because us sharing one key had me a nervous wreck we were gonna lose it. Thank you!

We live and work in Raleigh when not down enjoying the beach, and have 3 children, ages 1, 3 and 12. We both work in the Brewing Industry and have been in the hospitality industry in one way or another for the past 2 decades. Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Our condo is perfect for families or small groups who just want to get away! The private, second floor balcony overlooks the complex pool which is a great walk-in, zero entry pool. Just past the pool you can see the natural dune and ocean. Listen to the waves crash as you drink your morning coffee. It's just a 1-to-2 min walk to the beach, keep an eye out for sharks teeth in the sand, we have found a lot already! Walk down just over 1 mile to the Surf City Pier and lots of shops and restaurants. For those who like to cook, the kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances, soft close cabinets and all the cookware you will need to stay in and relax.
