Great spot!

Excellent location for a good price! Super close to the pool, the beach and restaurants/ excellent coffee place! ( coffee joy). If you do stay, you must go to the sunrise then go to coffee joy to get coffee! Will come back for sure!

Ocean view & the proximity to the beach/pool was amazing! Condo’s amenities (beds, couch, etc) need some serious updating. But for the price, it was a good spot.

Great property for family beach stay. Clean. Nice views. Easy in and out process. Only small complaint would be a need to update to newer/more comfortable furniture in living room and master bedroom. Everything else was top notch. Would stay again.

Everything was nice. Not enough living room furniture. the one chair was broken and dirty. Sleeping for 6 one couch and broken recliner just not enough . Other then that everything was very nice.

Amazing view

The view was amazing! Home was quiet and well laid out. Floor was all tile which was perfect for the beach. Balcony was private and great view. 2nd floor unit is more like a 4th floor unit. All tvs were large and good service. Updated kitchen with nice appliances. We would rent again.

Nice condo

Great spot with beach access and other amenities in complex. Unit has an updated kitchen and bathrooms. I would recommend replacing sofa bed—cushioning is thin in spots and upholstery staples can be felt on armrest. Recliner could use a deep cleaning

Location was great! Ice cream shop was accommodating to those with dairy allergies. The complex needs updating. The indoor pool was under construction (for at least 5 years). The bed and couch was miserably uncomfortable. The floors were filthy and the shower “paint” was peeling off

We have shared this feedback and your concern regarding the peeling paint on the shower with the owner. The cleanliness of the floors has been addressed with housekeeping. Unfortunately, the shared amenities such as the indoor pool are run by the HOA and out of our control. Check In process is extensive

Not Great Not Bad. The only Major disappointment with this stay was the check in process. The keys are held at a location 15-20 mins away(weather dependent). The office location is VERY difficult to locate. Also the floors were very dirty and all the toilet paper & towel holders in the bathrooms were broken upon arrival due to poorly installed wall anchors.

The kitchen was not well stocked. If you plan on cooking or eating in the unit more than once a day you’ll need silverware. Potentially also larger coffee cups as they are small.

Beach view was everything for us. The property had everything you needed if you never wanted to go off site. The coffee shop was so cute & had a great selection of specialty coffees. The pool area was great with lunch snacks and treats, a tv to watch the World Cup, live music, and felt super clean. Our room was basic, but just what we needed and the full kitchen is a plus!
