You’ll find yourself lulled to sleep by the sound of the ocean in the two bedrooms. The spacious master boasts a queen bed with a triple bunk bed and a separate seating area, perfect for catching up on social media or just enjoying a few minutes alone. The en-suite bath offers an upgraded vessel sink and tub/shower. The second bedroom offers a king bed and uses the hall bath with a vessel sink and tub/shower. Both bedrooms have private deck access and flat-screen TVs

Relax in the comfortable seating group consisting of a sofa that opens to a queen-sized bed and loveseat. Take in your favorite TV show or movie on the flat-screen TV. Or maybe you’ll just choose to sit and take in that fabulous view! You’ll find this area a lovely spot to talk about the day’s fun while planning for the next day’s activities. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine relaxing on the oceanfront balcony as you listen to the waves crashing against the shore and the seagulls chattering.

The kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded new cabinets, and natural countertops along with everything you’ll need to prepare the family’s meals and snacks. A wet bar serves as a perfect coffee station. The formal dining table seats 6 and is perfectly situated to take advantage of the incredible view. You’ll have the best seat in the house for every meal!

The 2 bathrooms feature a shower and tub combination. As a thoughtful touch, an essential starter pack of paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper awaits you upon arrival. Feel free to use them during your stay, and if you run out, you can easily find replacements at nearby stores.

Enjoy access to both the covered and outdoor pools during your stay. The covered pool is heated and available year-round, making it a great option even during the cooler months.

From October through April, the covered pool is the only pool open. The outdoor pool is expected to reopen around mid-May.

During the off-season (October to April), the pool is open daily from 9:00 AM to dusk (approximately 7:00 PM, depending on the season) in accordance with Onslow County regulations. Please note that swimming after dark is not permitted.

During the summer season, pool hours are extended from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

The availability of these amenities is subject to maintenance schedules and seasonal closures, which are beyond our control. We will inform guests of any closures as soon as they are announced by the HOA, but these closures will not result in any compensation. Thank you for your understanding!

The area offers a variety of outdoor activities, including kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, and boating, with nearby Topsail Island being a popular spot for these pursuits, complete with rental shops and guided tours. While North Topsail Beach is quieter than some other beach towns, it still offers plenty of dining options, from casual seafood shacks to upscale restaurants, as well as local shops that provide beachwear, souvenirs, and essentials. Larger grocery stores are also just a short drive away.

- To ensure you have a comfortable start to your stay, we are happy to provide you with starter kits that include essential items like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and soap. These starter kits are designed for the initial part of your visit. In the unlikely event that any of these items run out during your stay, we kindly recommend purchasing your preferred supplies at your convenience.

- There is a washer & dryer available in the unit to use if needed. Detergent & dryer

sheets are not provided.

For non-Airbnb reservations ONLY, any eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee.



Starting November 1, all guests with confirmed bookings will be required to submit a valid ID and sign the Rental Agreement. We use secure property management software to collect this information, and it is used strictly to verify your booking.
