New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

This spacious 1BR condo is located in Colony II at Oyster Bay and features unbeatable access to the links at Oyster Bay as well as other prominent courses. The coast is just over 5 minutes from home!

This unit offers a private balcony and two flat-screen TVs. On-site amenities include a pool, hot tub, exercise room, and grilling areas.

LIVING AREA

The sunny living area offers two armchairs, a queen-size sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The pristine kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and plenty of cookware for preparing delicious meals.

When its time to eat, the kitchen bar accommodates two, and the dining table seats four.

BED & BATH

This condo sleeps six guests between the bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

The bedroom is furnished with two queen-size beds and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a jetted tub and a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The private balcony offers two chairs and views of the lush greenery.

Perfect Little Getaway

Great little place, perfect size for two people. The condo was super clean, check in was a breeze and we received a phone call within an hour to make sure everything was okay and that we were settled in. The location is also great, a 5 minute drive to the beach and close to Calabash. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay!

A Great Escape

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. It was quiet and peaceful and the condo is near everything - the pool, the beach, stores and restaurants. We look forward to coming back here again!

Property and Location were Great

Once we checked in the property and location of our stay were great. Food and beach were very close to this stay. The verification process for check in was frustrating, but that was not a reflection on the owners of the property at all. The location was clean and well stocked. The indoor pool, outdoor pool and hot tub were also very nice.

Fantastic get away stay

Updated condo near the beach and many activities to do near by and within short drives. Loved the beach and pool and the kids loved fishing on the pier. Even caught a shark! Visited Southport and Wilmington and a turtle rescue too. Can’t wait to come back

Location!

Amazing location. About an 8 minute drive to sunset beach pier and about 15 minutes to calabash where theres amazing restaurants and shopping. Home was very clean. Second floor location. Perfect for what we needed and was very quiet. Would stay there again for sure!

Outstanding!

We had to leave a little early due to Ivan, but we really enjoyed our stay here in Unit 106. It was clean, tastefully decorated, and we found everything we needed. The beds were good too. We'll be back!

Golf is a four letter word!!!

My son and I enjoyed our stay. The rest of our family rented a home at Sunset Beach so we are very close. My son and I played golf every day at a different course and saw the family later each day, which turned out perfect. We will try to do the same thing next year and fully expect to stay at this condo.

Took over an 1.5 to get in the Condo was given a key it never locked the door so when we went out the door was always unlocked not happy
