Our Happy Place

Our Happy Place” is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo that sleeps 6 comfortably. Conveniently located near everything that Sunset Beach has to offer. "Our Happy Place" has views to die for, overlooking the award winning 7th green of the Piper Course at Sandpiper Golf Club. Some of the amenities include to two different community pools, top notch golf courses, tennis, pickleball, freshwater fishing, saltwater fishing, boating, minutes to the beach and only 30 minutes from Myrtle Beach.

The space
We redecorated in 2022 and 2024 with new sofas and love seats, a new King size memory foam bed in the master bedroom, and Smart TVs in every room including 65” 4k TV in the living room.

There are no steps, and all the doors are extra wide 36” doors.

The unit is very accessible for those who need easy access but, please note that the bathrooms are not ADA compliant (they don't have the required grab bars), however there is a handicap parking spot right in front that was dedicated to this unit.

The unit is kid friendly with a huge soaking tub, easy shower access and a full sized washer and dryer.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire condo, and will have access to both pools and hot tubs during regular operating hours.

We want our guests to be comfortable and feel as if they are at home.

Other things to note
There is a outdoor storage closet were we keep community beach stuff including chairs and toys, please feel free to use, we just ask that you return them when you are done. We also keep barbeque supplies there, if you use the charcoal, please just replenish it before you leave.
