If you're looking for an ocean view for your small family or small group of friends, then this sandcastle is for you. Island Time in Avon is a charming beach home with a great ocean-side location only two lots from the beach. Enjoy sparkling ocean views from the brand new decks, or relax on the furnished screened porch with porch swing and cocktail table.

This home is perfect for a small family or small group of friends with comfortable furnishings and has been exceptionally well-maintained. Dry entry under the home. The large kitchen is perfect for cooking up a seafood feast, and guests will enjoy convenient amenities such as an OBR pool pass, free unlimited long-distance calling, and wireless high-speed internet for their laptops.

With exceptional ocean views and easy beach access, you'll love staying at Island Time in Avon!

Please Note: As a barrier island, Hatteras is constantly changing. Beach conditions, dunes, and access points may vary due to erosion, restoration projects, weather, and other environmental factors.

The house was clean and spacious, and being able to find a dog friendly location was a must. The location is literally just across from the beach access, so you can be toes in the sand minutes after you arrive. There were many amenities I had not expected but appreciated, items like baby gates to contain our small dog off the stairs and to be safe on the deck, a truly well stocked kitchen with numerous small appliances (way beyond what I expected). The house is comfortably furnished and made for a relaxing stay, we’ll be looking to stay here again!

Comfy beach house

We loved the open floor concert, the concrete car port, the top deck views, the spacious kitchen and the comfy beds. Updated bathrooms were also gorgeous! Very convenient to have the washer and dryer in the kitchen. Outdoor shower spacious and large shower head a plus! Easy walk to beach - we’ll be back!

Outer Banks Perfection

Most wonderful stay at a lovely and comfortable home. Just a short walk from beach in a fun neighborhood. Midway to everywhere: Ocracoke, Roanoke and plenty of fun in between! Will definitely stay again and hopefully for a longer time :)

Best week ever!

We loved everything about this beach house! The inside was spacious, bright and cheerful. The outside porches and decks were so nice for outdoor gatherings. And being pet friendly made it perfect for us. We highly recommend this house. We will definitely rent this house again the next time we vacation in Avon, North Carolina. The location to the beach is perfect. For a fee, they allowed our dog. This is our third visit to this house. Although it isn’t fancy, it is clean and comfortable! We will be back.

Nice place to stay

House was very clean. Very spacious. There was a counter between kitchen and dining room with enough outlets to charge all of our devices. Beautiful view of ocean snd beach from the top balcony. Short walk to the beach. Would definitely rent this houses again. Bathrooms a little outdated, but I believe the owners are updating the house this coming winter.

Nice spot

Great location to the beach. House is dated but clean. The appliances need to be updated. The dish washer and the washing machine both leaked. Other than the appliance issue our stay was great. Very relaxing

Relaxing and Peaceful

We are a family of 5 from South FL with the majority being surfers. The location was perfect! 3 minute walk to beach, close to Avon Pier, and easy drive to anywhere else you may want to go in the OBX. The Observation Deck is amazing! There are three showers we only used the hall shower and outdoor shower, the master is really not useable. The place could use a litttle updating but overall we enjoyed ourselves and would stay again!
