Gorgeous House Au milieu de tout !!

Une maison privĂ©e moderne sur un lac privĂ© avec une vue imprenable. Notre maison situĂ©e dans la belle Kinnakeet Shores. La piscine Kinnakeet Shores HOA est l’une des plus grandes de l’üle et se trouve Ă  4 minutes Ă  pied de la maison (la piscine est gĂ©nĂ©ralement ouverte de mai Ă  septembre, les dates peuvent varier). Kinnakeet Shores propose Ă©galement diverses passerelles avec accĂšs direct au son et Ă  la plage.

Notre maison a été modernisée avec télévision à écran plat et cùble dans chaque piÚce. Le salon / la grande salle a un énorme sectionnel et une cheminée électrique de 50 pouces pour les nuits froides à la plage pendant la saison morte.

Il se trouve Ă  7 minutes Ă  pied de la plage, Ă  3 minutes en vĂ©lo. Nous sommes proches de la jetĂ©e d’Avon et Ă  distance de marche de la seule chaĂźne d’épicerie de Hatteras Island (Food Lion) et de nombreux restaurants. piscine communautaire privĂ©e et court de tennis. La maison est situĂ©e au bout d'un cul-de-sac avec un parking couvert et un panier de basket-ball. Votre famille se sentira comme Ă  la maison.
Trois chambres, dont une reine principale avec salle de bain principale, sont situées au premier niveau, en plus d'une autre reine, et une chambre double à lits jumeaux se trouve également à ce niveau. Il y a aussi une salle de bain complÚte supplémentaire et une buanderie au premier niveau.

Le deuxiÚme niveau a une chambre queen et salle de bain complÚte. Le salon / salle à manger avec cuisine adjacente ouvre sur la vue de son bain de soleil, l'endroit idéal pour observer les étoiles la nuit. La cuisine a un accÚs direct à la véranda avec table de pique-nique et vue sur le lac.
Sous la maison se trouve un parking couvert, un barbecue, une table de pique-nique, un bain à remous et une grande douche extérieure.

Great stay in Avon!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The location was perfect—just steps from the sand with stunning ocean views. The house was clean, well-equipped, and comfortably furnished, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Whether we were enjoying morning coffee on the deck or dinner in the screened in porch

Great house for family vacation

We had a great stay in this house with plenty of room for everyone. The house was very clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The decks were great for relaxing in the evening after a day of activities.

Great location

We love staying in Kinnakeet shores, very family friendly neighborhood. It was a short walk to the beach. House was very nice and it was a plus to not have to worry about sheets and towels. Thanks again floor sharing your home!

Nice house for family beach week!

Between the Sound and Sea was a nice house for our family beach week. The house was clean and in good condition for the most part with modern amenities. It was not as close to the ocean or sound as the description indicated. Communication with the owner was great!

Great host, great house!

Loved our stay at this home! The property was kept very clean and the perfect size for our group of six. The kitchen had all the equipment we could've asked for and hot tub was massive. Our host, Michelle, was very good at communicating and even walked us through a minor repair on the faucet when its batteries went out. The home is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood about a two minute drive from the beach. Really enjoyed our stay here!

Great house with lots of space in great location.

My mother, brother, cousin and her husband were very comfortable in the house. It had plenty of room so that we didn’t feel we were on top of each other. The house was clean, communication with Michelle was timely, and access to the house was simple. We loved being in Avon. Would rent again!

Wonderful home!

Great hosuse and location. The home was very clean and met all of our needs for a short stay prior to our week long vacation the following week. The owners were very welcomning and personable. Nice vacation - nice area of homes

We had a lot of fun in the outer banks. The house is nice and the location is quiet. Hot tub was a big plus. I would have given 5 stars if the floors weren’t sandy and the screened in porch didn’t have shellfish left on it upon arrival and the whole upstairs smelled like seafood for the first two days we were there. Cleaning company could definitely do a better job!

Comfortable stay in a classic house

What a nice place! What a great location to vacation with your family. The house was beautiful, and we appreciate the obvious upgrades to the home. If you have four-wheel drive vehicle, with permit, you can just hop in your car for a few minutes' drive to the beach access or just a short walk to the access. With neighborhood pool, hot tub and large decking there was too much to do for one week. We love it...Thank you!

Great family vacation home

The house is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood but close to the sound, the ocean and lots of restaurants. The house wasn’t the cleanest (we were asked to not wear shoes inside and all of our socks turned black walking around), but it is dog friendly so I guess that’s the cost. There were quite a few rules and some of the furnishings were outdated (like ceiling fans in the rooms that were rickety and loud), but it was nicely equipped and a great size for our needs.

We were a little frustrated with the fact that we never were able to straighten out the thermostat

I not so sure we would stay here again, nice place but we have another regular place in Buxton we like better! Needs new sheets, some control issues and sour smelling towels, comfortable place, liked the decore and sectional, very spacious!

Clean, relaxing, easy

This was our first ever vacation home rental, and needless to say it not disappoint. Michelle was very informative, helpful, friendly, and made the whole thing easy from check in to check out. No one bothered us the entire trip, the house is very well equipped for a large family of 8 and has plenty of amenities. Located close enough to the important stuff like beach, sound, pool, orv access, a 24hr grocery store etc. The wife and I spent a couple evenings alone on the sound doing some fishing and drinking, truly was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We look forward to the next visit

Peaceful stay in Avon!

My family was looking for a peaceful / restful place to vacation. Avon certainly offered what we want wanted. The house was in a great area. Easy access to the beach, grocery shopping and the Avon Pier for fishing. Our favorite time of day was at dinner when we all sat in the screened in porch and had dinner and conversation. We also enjoyed playing some of the games that were available thanks to the owner. The owner was always easy to reach and very helpful when we had questions. Special shout out to Lester!

Awesome Thanksgiving

There is not much we would change about this house! My family and I had a wonderful time from Wednesday to Saturday of the Thanksgiving weekend. The house was plenty of room for us all. The kitchen was perfect for all the cooking that needed to be done as well. It was stocked with everything we needed. The lake behind the house was a hit as my kids fished for the first time. They both caught 2 fish each! It was a catch and release lake, but perfect for the expierence. The location was awesome as well, close to the beach, close to a grocery story. Last but not least, the owners were awesome. Communicative and friendly to say the least. We may want to come back to the exact same house. The only problem is that my mother in law may want to come as well, so a bigger house is necessary. But if she doesn't we would choose the exact same house!

Christmas get away

My husband and I looked for over 6 years for a place to call our own in the Outer Banks, and we finally found it! Between the Sound and Sea Escape! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

The house is located right between the sound and the ocean with its own amazing view of a clear water lake. We liked how close it is to shopping, and love the fact that it still has a "small town" feel that we could not get in the upper Outer Banks.
