The Space:

Bluetique is the ultimate Outer Banks escape, offering 5 generous bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Thoughtfully designed and beautifully furnished, this coastal retreat has all the comforts and extras you need for a flawless beach getaway. On the main floor you will find a bright and airy living space with a cozy fireplace and flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The adjacent kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs, and the dining area offers plenty of room for shared meals and family time! On the mid-level, you’ll find two King Primary bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms, as well as a Queen bedroom with an en suite bathroom, along with a laundry area for added convenience. Downstairs, the ground level is all about fun, featuring a game room with arcade machines, a handy kitchenette, an additional king master suite, and a bunk room with two sets of full-size bunks, great for kids or groups.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



**Pool & Hot tub will open May 1st and close mid October** (unheated pool)

Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
