Guests have access to the entire condo and 1 designated parking space in the shared lot. The hot tub is a shared amenity. Laundry facilities are located in a shared building within the complex

Situated along Park Avenue in the Old Town neighborhood, our condo puts you at the center of everything Park City has to offer. Walk to historic Main Street for shopping, dining, and galleries, or access world-class skiing at Park City Mountain Resort. In warmer months, enjoy hiking, festivals, and mountain biking trails just minutes away.



Getting Around:

A car is not required, thanks to walkable access to ski lifts, Main Street, and public transit. However, we still recommend bringing one if you want to explore other areas. Park City’s free bus system has multiple stops right outside of the complex, making it easy to reach Deer Valley, Canyons Village, and other attractions.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
