Spacious home set up perfectly with all you will need! Amazing gated community with neighbors that are friendly and welcoming!!!! The pool and hot tub eere very clean and the heated pool feature was a huge plus on the cooler nights! This is by far 1 of the greatest vacation homes i have ever rented! The host is top notch and responds very quickly and so welcoming! Her focus on your needs and desire for you to have a enjoyable experience is beyond anything i expected!

The host seemed welcoming I did message the host as soon as we arrived to be sure that the host was aware of things that were not exactly right when we arrived or were previously damaged and I was told to not worry about telling them unless we damaged something. I paid the extra money for pool heat and that was a joke. We paid for heat for 10 days, was told it takes time to heat up, was able to use the pool only 3 days because we checked the pool temp and it was 61,63,64,64,68 and finally got to 70 degree that last day
.in my mind 70 degrees is not warm for pool heat. I do understand that it was cold overnight , but that was why we paid for the heat , we thought it would be warmed and stay warm. The host was happy to tell me it reached 70 degree for one day and said see it just takes time to get up to heat, the next day it was cold again. DONT PAY THE EXTRA FOR POOL HEAT, IT IS A JOKE. Lastly, my fault for sure, but there isn’t a main floor bedroom you can use. I looked at the photos and assumed there was a main level bedroom for people with limitations it was very difficult to handle upstairs bedroom only.

The pool pump didn't work so, we didn't use the pool. It wasn't able to be heated. The pool was green and dirty, debris was on the bottom of the pool from a hole in the lanai cover. The video games in the garage did not work. The pool cue sticks didn't have tips, the cue ball rack was broken. The door in the downstairs bedroom was blocked with sticks which is a fire hazard. The doors were not easy to open they stuck. The a/c was regulated by the host. She stated that the pool guy was going to come fix the pump and clean the pool all that was done while we were away was that a hose was strewn across the lanai and dropped and left in the pool. When I contacted the host she stated it's fine that it's like that and if it bothers us to move it out of the way. When we arrived I looked around to see if there were laundry baskets and there were not. We went to Disney one day and when we came back they showed up. I don't appreciate someone invading my privacy and she didn't even ask if it was ok to go into the home when we weren't there. There was one extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom that weren't even full and one roll of paper towels for 6 nights. For the money it's not worth it. Poor maintenance and upkeep of the home, they defintely only do the bare minimum. It's listed for up to 10 people I couldn't imagine that many people staying there. False advertising.
