Sleeping up to 8 guests, this cheerful beach house is perfect for families, groups, or a relaxing getaway by the Gulf. Inside, you’ll find charming coastal-inspired furnishings, central air conditioning, WiFi, and an inviting open living space designed for gathering and unwinding. Enjoy easy beach days with the shoreline just four houses away, then return home for a soak in the hot tub or a fun volleyball match in the yard. Gas grill.



IMPORTANT NOTES

You must be 25 or older to book this property. No smoking. No parties or events.


The hot tub is available for use when weather conditions allow. For safety and proper operation, it should only be used when the outdoor temperature is above 40 degrees. Please note the hot tub may require additional time to reach the proper operating temperature.



PET POLICY

This home is dog-friendly. Guests must notify us upon booking if bringing a dog. A pet fee applies, per pet, 35 lbs or less. Limit and size restrictions may apply so please inquire before booking. The following breeds are prohibited by association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull.



RULES FOR RENTING WITH A DOG

• Dog must be older than 9 months

• Dog must remain on a leash when outside of the house

• Guests must clean up after their dog

• No excessive barking
