Jet East – Beautiful three-bedroom, four-bath cottage directly across the street from the beach! East-facing with stunning views of Gulf State Park, Lake Shelby, and gorgeous Gulf sunrises. Located in The Cottages at Dunes Park, a quiet community in with a shared outdoor pool (seasonally heated). Beach access is just 50 feet west of the cottages, across the street.



PET FRIENDLY – One dog (maximum 40 lbs) allowed. $150 non-refundable pet fee. Additional cleaning fees, if required, will be billed to your credit card.



Unit amenities:



• Access to the balcony from the living and dining room areas



• Luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout



• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a home-away-from-home stay. Dining area seats five and there are four barstools for additional seating



• Full-size washer and dryer on the first floor



• Living area has a sofa sleeper



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed



• Second bedroom has a king-size bed



• Third bedroom features two queen-size beds



• Twin bunk beds in upstairs alcove (*children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk)



• Guests must provide their own propane tank for the grill



• Keyless entry for no-wait check-in/check-out



• A maximum of three cars is allowed under the home. No boats, watercraft, campers, or trailers permitted

Property was clean and beautiful with plenty of room and very accommodating. Everything was great. Beach was a little further away than we expected with a 6 month old but it all worked out. We just wasn’t prepared for that long of a walk everyday to the beach. All in all it was a very beautiful stay.

Perfect for families. No elevators and must get up stairs to enter and to get to bedrooms. Directly across from the beach which was perfect for us. We could see the ocean from the balcony. Kitchen stocked with pans, plates, cups, cutlery, and basics needed. Tons of towels for use. Host was prompt to answer questions and they even called to check on us. We had one little issue at check out, but they resolved quickly. We would stay again.

4 Bathrooms. It was so nice having 4 bathrooms for me and my family. The pool was nice and heated. The unit was clean and had all the appliances we needed. Only issue was leaving. We were not ready!

Great place to stay with great porch to view the ocean. Very spacious for lots of people. Close walk to the beach. Only complaint is that the stairs are very steep up to unit and so are the stairs to upstairs bedrooms. No bedrooms downstairs. Only affected us because we had some elderly family with us. Overall, we really enjoyed staying here!

The property was spacious as listed. Very comfortable and close to the beach. Lots of sleeping space and great kitchen and balcony! I would defineteky book it again!

Great property

Very clean and great location. Not directly on the beach but easy access. Plenty of room for our family and it was just perfect. We had one minor issue with the hot water heater but they fixed it in no time and were very on top of it! I would definitely rent this property again.

It was a beautiful place to stay! My only thing lots of stairs! And the walk to the beach was a little rough. But the size of the house was great, love how it was decorated!

Great House for a Girls Trip

Beautiful house and great location! The beach house was just as described in the listing and pictures. New construction, comfortable, and an easy walk to the beach (across the street). The bedrooms and bathrooms were incredibly spacious. The check in and check out process was simple, and the house was clean. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!
