Amazing get-a-way Hiking, Biking ATV, Jeeping or Rent a toy, walking, hiking trails galore! 5 minutes from Cedar Breaks a Hidden GEM! Great places to eat, relax enjoy & have fun! Comfortable, ALWAYS clean & cozy in the Mountains. COOL temps in the Summer, Stay, Relax, Swim + Hot Tub!!



The Space:

Easy parking in the heated garage if spaces are available. Enter door that says Administration, take elevator up to 2nd floor, turn left and just down the hall on the left. New couch, New mattress, CLEAN and comfortable. Free in room coffee! NEW SHOWER HEAD as well!! This is an older building, but we do try our best to make things as good as possible. Guest Access:

Pool+HOT TUB+Gym, Game Room, Common area Kitchen in lobby is first come first serve, small office with books, lobby area is a great conversation area, yes older retro 80's furniture, BBQ and fire-pit outside with patio's for guest use. Horseshoe pit, Volleyball! Restaurants are super! Tai place with Burgers and fries to, Pizza Place, Mtn Cafe, etc. Sasquatch Donuts and pulled Pork! Mmmm



The Neighborhood:

Enjoy local food at the nearby pizza joint, Tai restaurant that also serves burgers and fries, along with Mountain Cafe which serves coffee and small breakfasts items

There is a lake in the middle of the town has fishing and all kinds of activities. You can book ice skating in the winter, and fishing, kayak in the summer.

20 minutes drive can take you into downtown Parawon, visit local restaurant Hamburger Patties, and the Steak House (open Fri-Sun Only) and the Pizza Barn. Go explore the Parawon Gap for amazing hieroglyphics and Dinosaur Tracks

Close drive to Cedar Breaks National Monument which has tons of lookouts and hiking. Don’t forget to check out the Twisted Forest.



Getting Around:

There are free shuttles in the winter to all ski and snowboard areas if you don’t want to drive. Local rentals are also available.
