The neighborhood is peaceful and safe and is at the center of the city's attractions. You partially pay for the room and mostly pay for the location for a price that is very reasonable. You'll save a lot of transportation costs and time!
This place is less than 3 miles from Disneyland, Downtown Disney, Garden Walk, Knott's Berry Farm, Convention Center, Paradise Gardens Park, and many more! Less than 2 miles from Adventure City, restaurants, shopping center, gym, and temples. Only .5 mile from the markets, a laundromat, more restaurants, boba shops. It's only 4 miles from the well-known Christ Cathedral church, only 6.8 miles from El Dorado Frontier Theme Park.
This place is in the heart of Anaheim with a beautiful surrounding nature of fruits and plants, ideal for those who like to save money on transportation and times getting to places, who are looking for a quiet place, who appreciate the value of nature and calmness. This is where you can relax and unwind after a long tiring day for a fresh start.

Birds chirping out your bedroom's window in the morning, the rustling sounds of leaves, the sounds of rain on the leaves and ceiling on rainy days.
There is nature outside on door, the kitchen's window, the bathroom's window, and the bedroom's window.
You'll have access to the full kitchen, dining area, shared full bathroom with myself, and the lobby.
Toiletries, towels, kitchenette shampoo, body wash, and conditioner are included. Bookings of 5 days or longer come with a dental and shaving kit.
You'll get both the home and hotel experience in a unique small house. What you pay for is the location, a new experience in a unique place, the amenities, and the stay.
The price is reasonable for everything that comes with it. You'll live slower and more humbly after staying here for several days.
