Centrally located in the heart of Capitol Hill. Guest can easily walk 2 short blocks to: Eastern Market Metro, 4 grocery/market, & 30+ shops/ Restaurants. Easy 15 min walk to US Cap. Conveniently located on the upper 2 levels. Stairs are required to access the comfortable large 3 BR, 1.5 BA 2 level townhouse that easily accommodates up to 6 guests. Have a car-no worries- with advance notice we can provide a FREE parking pass for street parking!

Incredible location, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Perfect for our family with small children to enjoy the DC sites while maintaining an “at home” feel. Grocery, restaurants and metro station all 5 min walk away- felt extremely safe and family friendly.

Centrally located classic D.C. townhome near many restaurants. Safeway supermarket and Trader Joe's were within walking distance. Recreation area where my teen son enjoyed the basketball hoops was also a couple of blocks away. Safe neighborhood to walk in. Bedrooms were nicely decorated and beds were comfortable. Cozy living room. High ceilings and AC thermostat controlling both upstairs and downstairs were a plus. An unforeseen issue and other questions were addressed in a prompt manner by our host Desiree.

Great location, easy overall booking and check in process. The kitchen is great for preparing a meal especially with kids. Within walking distance of quite a lot or an easy ride to another part of town. Really steep narrow stairs (which I would expect in this age home in the city) but could be difficult for some. Our 2 middle aged parents and GenZ adult kids enjoyed our stay in this 125 year old row house in Capitol Hill area near Eastern Market in an upscale neighborhood with upscale furnishings. Property manager/owners very responsive and communicative on the issue with the lock. Great location walking to Paraiso, AmBar and Matchbox for dinners and lunches. Our party's piano player enjoyed the grand piano. Nice hang out facilities, cooking breakfasts in the kitchen was easy. Two of us used the bench out front on the street to read and people watch. As with all row houses, guests need to be mobile - steep stairs to the front door and to the bedrooms. We used Metro and Lyft with no issues. We'd stay again.

The house is beautiful and was very clean. The location was great with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and the Eastern Market. There is street parking available but I didn’t fully realize it requires a temporary parking pass so that you do not a get a ticket. I reached out to the host and was promptly registered for parking. The only issue I had was when I reached out to the host on our first day to inquire about washcloths, I never received a response back. We are a family of 5 and there were only two washcloths in the house. For the price that we paid for 4 days, I expected better than that and I only received a response regarding the washcloths after I mentioned it again when I sent a message saying we checked out. At that time, the host let me know that she failed to mention that the owner needs to buy more. Had this been communicated, I would have brought some with me and had a more comfortable stay. Overall, the house is large, very clean, and we had a good stay.
