We had an incredible stay at the Downtowner! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the unique design and attention to detail. The space was not only stylish and modern, but also warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable.The location was unbeatable — close to the lake, shops, and restaurants. Whether we were exploring the area or relaxing at the house, we felt like we had the best of both worlds. The top balcony was perfect for enjoying morning coffee while overlooking the park and canal.With a full house, we were grateful to have 2 refrigerators in the kitchen. Most of the bedrooms have their own bathroom for added privacy and convenience.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-quality VRBO experience!

Nice large property with great deck roHangout on in a big kitchen. Great for a crowd. We found property to be very dirty. All carpets are stained and really need replacing and floors were filthy. We dripped water form emptying our cooler and when wiping up paper towels were black. I’m sure it’s just quickly mopped between guests but whomever mopped must not have ever changed the water!Owner was very communicative and nice. If looking for a large place and don’t care about cleanliness and want to be in the action of lake Geneva then it’s perfect for you.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Downtowner. Perfect location for enjoying all that Lake Geneva has to offer. Big enough to fit our entire extended family for our reunion. Everyone had a great time and was very complimentary. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you Tisha!

Wonderful VRBO

The Downtowner was fantastic. We had a family reunion and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Living space was amazing we had 2 catered meals and the kitchen/dining area was set ilup perfect to have those meals. A ton of outdoor space with tables and chairs to allow everyone in the family a comfortable place to sit and no one felt like they were over crowded. We are planning another family reunion and would definitely stay there again.Communication with the host was spot on.

Perfect stay for a bachelorette party!

I booked this property for a bachelorette party and everyone had a great time! It is in the perfect location for being able to walk to everything, which was perfect for a large group! The kitchen/living room space was perfect for all the girls to hang out together and play games. Parking is very limited, but there is a free lot nearby that we were able to utilize as well.

Great location for "opportunity fun"; however, the one location challenge was the close proximity to the bar next door. Although the noise level was loud, they had great food! Parking availability at the site was limited, but a close free parking lot answered that need. We didn't really use the outside decks and patio due to the cold weather, but it's pretty awesome. Appreciated the communication with our contact for the property.

Wedding weekend

We have a group of family and friends stay here with us for our son’s wedding. It was amazing. Very clean, lots of indoor and outdoor space, and great amenities. It’s right in the heart of DT which was perfect. I highly recommend this for any large group.

Will Stay Again

This property is always well maintained and the property manager available. We have rented here numerous times because the space offers ensuites to most bedrooms. It is great for entertaining. The large outdoor space is nice for a cookout and it has a nice view and lots of seating. Location is Ideal if you want to go into town as you can walk to everything. We had seven couples and it never felt crowded. Its a great getaway.

Weekend in Lake Geneva

Our wedding was in Lake Geneva and we rented the Downtowner for our bridal party to stay in. Absolutely perfect location with walking distance to downtown and our venue. Great overall experience and would definitely rent again!

Amazing weekend getaway!

Perfect home for a stay with a large group of family friends! We had so much fun and loved spending time in the kitchen and the patios! (Kitchen is well appointed for all meals) Such a great location to walk anywhere in downtown lake geneva. Don't hesitate to book this home for your next stay!

AC broken majority of the weekend with resolution

The location and overall property were awesome. Loved having many outdoor spaces and so many bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our large group. The problem was that the AC didn’t work for a good portion of our stay. The owner sent an HVAC out but this didn’t resolve the problem. I spent most of one of our days interacting with the host instead of enjoying my weekend away. Her responses were very short and she seemed irritated every time I reached out. Hopefully the AC will get fixed as otherwise we had a nice stay.
