The owner provides a city parking pass for guest use. All three spacious bedrooms have a private, en-suite bathroom, and there is outside space on each level: a private patio on the ground level, a screened-in porch on the second, main level, and a sundeck adjacent to the master suite on the third level. The community pool and fitness center are available to guests, along with gated access to the Breakwater Junction bike and walking trail connecting Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. The driveway has room for two cars, and overflow parking is available right behind the house in the parking lot shared with Outback Steakhouse. The garage contains beach chairs and toys for guest use, and there is plenty of room to store bikes or strollers during your stay. Linens are not included, but guests can rent them from the property manager. The owner has a non-shedding dog, but pets are not permitted with guests during the rental season. Please note that the VRBO service fee is charged separately by VRBO and is not imposed by the Host. As a result, your credit card will reflect two separate charges: one from VRBO for the service fee and one from the Host for the rental charges.
