Superbe maison de ville Ă  distance de marche de la promenade / plage / shopping

Une belle maison de ville calme et comme neuve située à l'est de la Route 1 dans la communauté trÚs souhaitable de Rehoboth Crossing, à un peu plus d'un mile et demi de la belle promenade / centre-ville de Rehoboth Beach et à quelques pas des restaurants, des magasins d'usine exonérés de taxes et des accÚs direct de la communauté au serein Breakwater Junction Trail.

Chacune des 3 grandes chambres a une salle de bain complÚte en suite. La spacieuse chambre principale au deuxiÚme étage a son propre balcon privé et l'autre deuxiÚme chambre principale dans la chambre inférieure comme patio et hamac.

Vous profiterez d'une escapade propre, sans fumée et moderne avec de nouveaux meubles et des tonnes d'équipements, y compris: WiFi, station d'accueil / lecteur iPhone dans deux chambres et cuisine, cùble, téléviseurs LCD, lecteur DVD, une collection de DVD, de jeux et une taille laveuse / sécheuse. L'allée peut accueillir deux véhicules avec une place de parking supplémentaire avec permis.

La communautĂ© dispose d'une piscine et d'une petite aire d'exercice, d'un arrĂȘt de bus Ă  quelques pas de votre porte (montez en bus jusqu'Ă  la plage pour deux dollars par jour) et d'un accĂšs privĂ© au sentier Junction Breakwater.

Absolute gem! So spacious and so clean, the neighborhood is picture perfect and quiet. Trail access opens the beautiful natural forest through cornfields and parks and breweries all the way to ponds, lakes and then ocean! Super location with everything you need right on Route 1, where all the best eats are too frankly! Ali perfect host, there if you need but already provides everything, all the details to make your stay perfect, Tommy Bahama everything for beach, yay! Guide book was treasure to get bearings upon arrival, we did it all and it was the best! 3 floors, each with outdoor deck/patio and garage, spacious yes, cleanest too!

We really enjoyed this property, its amenities and location. There were a couple issues with the condition of things. The upstairs "family" bedroom furniture was cheap and the full size bed broke. Clearly not meant for 2 adults. One of the 2 bikes was not functional because the seat was detached. Some wear and deferred maintenance issues. All that being said, Ali was responsive to the bed issue.

Home Away from Home

This is the second year in a row we have stayed here & it’s just fabulous! The location is perfect & the space is terrific! Plenty of room to spend time together & have quiet time as well!

Great access to everything in Rehoboth Beach

I loved having immediate access to the Breakwater Junction Trail! I ran on it three times and it was great. Ideal location for a family who wants to go to the beach but also shopping destinations on Highway One

We enjoyed this property. The location was nice and the home was spacious, comfortable, and clean. There were lots of chairs, scooters, bikes, etc. in the garage that renters can use. There was one issue that was resolved quickly. Ali was very responsive and helpful.

Home Away from Home

If you are looking for a place that feels like home the minute you walk in then this is it!! The spacious & comfortable lay out of the main floor was perfect for relaxing & chatting while making dinner! The kitchen was fully equipped which made cooking a breeze. Each bedroom was spacious with large closets & its own private bathroom!! The screen in porch was perfect for morning coffee & late night chats. Going to beach couldn’t have been easier as it’s only 2 miles away & you don’t need to go on Rt.1 to get into town. We have been coming to Rehoboth for years & this was hands down the best place we have ever stayed! We loved it so much we booked it already for next year!

MIxed review

The overall space suited our family, who combined WFH with vacationing. We've stayed in different rentals all over Rehoboth for about 25 years and this was one of the dirtiest. The owner did refund the cleaning fee (after I sent photos) but cleaning the oven and the washer on day one wasn't much of a vacation start. Also many of the basic food products in the kitchen were expired. The complex and location are fine, right on one of the bike trails.

Beautiful!

This home has it all! Very clean and spacious! Each room has its own bathroom and tv’s. Linens provided! The bedrooms are very spacious. The house was super clean and organized. Ali, the owner is super responsive to all emails. There was a very detailed binder left in the kitchen that has a ton of helpful information in it about Rehoboth beach. The garage had plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. Scooters and bikes as well! It is Super close to the beach and shopping. The location was amazing ! I would highly recommend this home to anyone !

Perfect place!

The property was beautifully kept,very clean and had everything we needed. The neighbors were very friendly and location was great for not being on the beach. Ali was beyond amazing-I've never connected with such a kind and thoughtful property owner. She was so quick to respond and helped with suggestions in the area. I would highly recommend.

Great Place, Great Location

This property had all the amenities you could ask for. It was clean and well cared for. The beds were comfortable and the washer and dryer were a lifesaver. We appreciated being a close jaunt to the beaches without being in the fray of the other beachgoer traffic. It was easy getting to Rehoboth and Bethany beaches. The availability of umbrellas and beach chairs was great. Definitely on our list to stay again.

July 4th in Rehobeth Beach

Beyond Expectations

1st & for most the Host, Ali is extremely quick at responding which was very reassuring. The townhouse was beyond our expectations ranging from location, amenities, fullt stocked kitchen, convenience of multiple beach chairs, umbrellas, and how spacious the entire home is! We've been to several other properties throughout our stays in Rehoboth, and this one was top notch!

Great stay!

The “condo” was a great space for our family. I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom!on vacation we are always busy and it’s nice to have space to retreat to for rest and relaxation! The area was traffic busy and took away from the relaxed beachy scene we are used to. It was our first time to Rehoboth. The food was great at every restaurant and my family enjoyed Jungle Jim’s waterpark. My mother in law and I enjoyed the shopping. It was a great vacation, but we plan to return to our normal vacation spot next year.

Great location, comfy and clean

We had a wonderful week at Rehoboth Beach. Only issue was a sheet mixup, but that was quickly handled by Ali. The townhome is relaxing after a long day at the beach/boardwalk. The pool is nicer and being close to everything doesn’t hurt.

Excellent home, in good condition.

Only negative was the appliances need to be cleaned better and the kitchen faucet needs to be tightened or replaced. Everything else was excellent. We love the space, the location the amount of bathrooms. Would definitely rent again.
