Welcome to your dream getaway in the heart of Skaneateles — a stunning, modern black house where luxury meets modern charm. This spacious home is designed for comfort, style, and connection, offering a peaceful countryside escape just minutes from town.

Inside, you’ll find two beautifully appointed bedrooms — one featuring a 144” by 80” Ace family bed and the other a bunk suite with two king beds below and two (raised) queen beds above; perfect for families and friends. A cozy, private loft (in the bunk suite) features a twin bed for extra sleeping. With elegant bathrooms, including a 74” tub, walk-in showers, and a dry sauna every guest can unwind in comfort.

The open-concept living area boasts high ceilings, sleek finishes, and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen and butler kitchen makes cooking a delight. The spacious dining area and 15 foot island invites long and relaxed meals together. Step outside the 28 foot main room doors to enjoy the expansive deck and pool, perfect for morning coffee, evening wine, or simply taking in the beauty of Skaneateles Lake. End your day with a wood fire in our 6 foot indoor fireplace, a workout in our fully equipped gym (with Peloton tread) and destress in our dry sauna (featuring red light therapy).

The house operates on a private well and septic system. For drinking water, a separate reverse osmosis filtered water system is available through the small beverage faucet in the butler pantry. Reverse osmosis systems use a specialized filtration process designed to remove impurities and provide exceptionally clean, great-tasting drinking water. We recommend using the filtered water faucet for drinking water, coffee, tea, and cooking.

Tinker Falls
One of our favorite hikes—beautiful and a bit of an adventure. You can actually walk behind the waterfall. Once you’re behind the falls, head left and continue up along the waterfall trail. From there, take the trail that connects to the service road and follow it to the top of the mountain—the view is absolutely worth it.

Spectacular scenery and waterfalls. Just be sure to check conditions before heading out, as it can occasionally close.

Many guests end up spending a lot of time at the house—the views, the setting, and the overall feel make it a great place to relax and unwind.

Trash Instructions
Trash pickup is every Monday.
• Please bring trash bins to the top of the driveway near the mailbox on Monday.
• Please return bins to the garage by Tuesday.
Before using the fireplace:
• Open both fireplace flues located at the top of the fireplace (attached to key rings).
• Open the small right-side vent door inside the fireplace before lighting a fire.
• When finished, close both flues and the side vent door.
• Ashes should be collected once completely cool and moved to the side of the property. Master Closet
The master closet is reserved for owner storage and will remain locked during your stay.

Suitcase racks have been provided for your convenience and are available for luggage storage and unpacking. The Bourbon room is the owner’s private collection and is locked and video monitored and not for VRBO use.
