Designed to create a remarkable experience in a comfortable and warm space located in the middle of it all with an assigned free on-premises parking space for one vehicle. Commercial St. is one block away and the ferry within a short walk distance. The apartment is right by the Harbor, cafes, shops, restaurants, bars, galleries, bike rentals, hiking trails, gyms, the co-working space at the Commons Provincetown and the grocery store.
The open concept layout is illuminated by an abundance of natural light, airflow and a sense of spaciousness. The bright living room has a comfortable couch with a reading lamp, an accent chair, drink tables and an ottoman for extra comfort. There is a smart Samsung TV with free access to multiple channels and streaming platforms using your credentials.
The Sunset Place has a modern kitchen with a four range gas burner, full refrigerator, double freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, bullet blender, kitchen basics and standard spices & herbs. The functional kitchen facilitates meal prep and in-kitchen dining for six people offers ample space to entertain and build everlasting memories.
For a restful night, the bedroom offers a king size bed with 100% cotton linens, black-out window shades and bedside outlets.
The spacious bathroom is conveniently equipped with a rain shower head and a hand sprayer. Bath, hand and face towels are 100% cotton and there is a heater for added comfort in the cold days.
Time to enjoy a relaxing beach day? There are beach towels, chairs and an umbrella for your use. The apartment also has guest controlled split AC/Heating units in the bedroom and living/dinning room. It's perfect location. The Historic District in Provincetown is strategically located in the center of the town within a walking distance to the harbor, cafes, restaurants, bars, shops and galleries. The apartment is placed in the heart of the Historic District on Bradford St. just one block from Joe's Coffee on Commercial St. Accessing the building by car or from the ferry station is straightforward. As an added bonus the unit faces the west side of the town offering breathtaking sunsets views.
