Perfect location for our family vacation. It had the peace and quiet out of town but was within minutes of whatever you might need. Our kids had fun catching firefly’s and riding their bikes on the trail from the front of the property. Fishing was a short walk as well. The hosts were also very responsive to questions about the property.

Clean space. Decently equipped kitchen. Peaceful location that is perfect for birdwatchers. Host is very easy to connect with. The home is a split level so not recommended for those that are needing more accessibility and it did make it a little more of a pain to worry about with our little ones crawling around who are not yet stair safe. The fees with VRBO are also on the steep side, otherwise, we would consider staying here again.

AWESOME! Well done property! Nicely refinished house on large semi-rural lot! Clean and uncluttered. Nice, relaxed, and homey feel.Abundant wildlife to watch from the enclosed back deck overlooking the pond. Turkey, geese, many different ducks, momma duck and babies, an assortment of birds, rabbits, pheasants, deer, and a muskrat gathering sticks for hut building.All of that said, bring binoculars if you have them! So much to see!

Beautiful home on peaceful property with yard and wildlife to enjoy. The sunroom allowed us to feel out of doors even on the rainy days while the bike/walking path close by gave us great ways to get out and about when the sun came out: Easy access to Mandan/Bismarck. Host was very helpful and quick to respond.

Born and raised on a dairy farm just outside Mandan, North Dakota. I own a pediatric therapy clinic, which keeps me busy in the best way. When I’m not working, you’ll find me on the golf course, baking sourdough, painting, watching sports, traveling, or fishing. This home means a lot to me, it belonged to my aunt and uncle, and after they passed I had the chance to keep it in the family. Hosting felt like the right way to share a place we’ve all loved with others.

The home sits just south of Mandan in one of the most peaceful spots I know. You’re minutes from Huff Hills, close to The Post wedding venue, and right on a bike path with walking and hiking trails nearby. It’s serene, big skies, wildlife, room to breathe, but only about 7 minutes to downtown Mandan and 15 minutes from all the city amenities you’d want. Best of both worlds.
